Do you install tow bar systems on Chevy sonic premier 2019? You would be buying and installing, I will tell you that I don't want the best system as I already know it's to expensive for us. Can you give me a few options to choose from?

We have installed tow bar systems on many vehicles, but not that one so far. Are your buying the system or are we getting it?

First off, they're not 24 hours. We had to wait overnight at their shop to be seen. They performed a diagnostic, which took several hours, as the tech had to keep asking "Siri" about the engine, and how to perform certain tests. HUH?! They finally determined that our fuel injectors were toast, and as they couldn't just get parts for it, they would all need to be rebuilt. A couple of weeks and about $10,000 they said! They suggested we stay at an RV Park and they would come out the next day to start the process of removing the fuel injectors. Well, they didn't call, didn't show. But it was a damn good thing. We got the name of a recommended RV Service Centre in Vegas and took it there for their diagnostic. Nothing wrong with our engine or the fuel injectors. Just a sensor miscommunication. An absolute nightmare was averted because they didn't bother to show up. Thank God. They were ready to outright scam us on this "problem". If they took those injectors out, we'd still be there. After getting the all-clear from a reputable company, we continued on.. eventually driving over 6,000 miles without a fuel injector problem. They do not know what they are doing .. stay away!!! Especially if you're RVers passing through. They will take you $$$$.

This establishment is a sloppy, double-charging rip-off!…read more Do Not Use Them! There are many other options out there! I contracted HH because I have seen them throughout the resort doing work on other rigs. I should have spoken to my neighbors and/or read their Yelp reviews before calling, but I scheduled an estimate to replace a worn awning on my 28ft travel trailer. After the estimator arrived, I was quoted a price just under $800 for parts and labor, but i failed to get it in writing. They came out the following week with the new awning and proceeded to remove the old one. Somehow, the torsion spring assembly broke. This was strange to us because we tested the awning motor and the spring and the old one opened and retracted without problems. They also discovered that the LED light strip was loose and they recommended replacement, so I approved that as well. Another week went by and somehow, my estimate went from $800 to $1380! I didn't understand how additional parts totaling less than $325 equated to a $600 increase! I was frustrated but I agreed to the updated price and once again, I failed to get it in writing. Though I was frustrated with HH, I was still trying to trust that they would do right by us. Boy was I wrong! The work was finally completed the following week, and I received an invoice for nearly $2200! This was supposed to be an $800 job taking two hours, but the invoice showed .5 hours for the estimate, which was fine. They then charged 3 hours (two workers) to remove the old awning, but stopped work when the torsion arm broke and the damaged LED strip. This was fine. But when they returned with the proper parts, they charged an additional 3 hours even though most of the work was already done! They were trying to charge me 5.5 hours of labor for a two hour job! They were resetting their work time with every trip to our site. I spoke to the rep on the phone and complained about the amount. He first asked if i was a vet, and that I could get a military discount. He then magnanimously offered a $600 discount, which I rejected. I demanded a return to the originally agreed upon estimate of $1380 and not a penny more. It took a couple of days, but the rep finally met my demand, and when I then asked for my military discount, he declined to award it as I already "saved" $900 on the "labor" they took off the invoice! To make matters worse, the persons who did the work left a mess on the site after they finished! We found nails, ripped pieces of the old fabric and some rubber material littered throughout the site! These guys are crooks. and they screwed with the wrong veteran. Moral: talk to your neighbors before calling an rv repair person, and if nothing else, consult Yelp! 1/3 of HH's reviews on Yelp are 2 or less. That's not coincidence.

THESE TWO SALES WERE "SPECIAL ORDERS" for Century Toppers! Make sure you are fully AWARE of what the time frame will be for your particular item!!!! 1) originally it took 8 months to receive our Century Topper. Wrong one sent, then a broken rear door. 2) Our rear door shattered and we ordered a new one 3/8/25. At the time we told Bruce of the time frame we were in and that we were leaving 4/22/25. "NO PROBLEM, it should be here in 3 weeks no longer than 4 weeks. Then as it was getting closer to the 4/22 date we called again and he told "ME" to stop harassing him and said it would be there by the end of the month. I rearranged our trip by 10 days and heard nothing from them, we called again near the end of the month and told him we needed to cancel our trip or we would lose the $$$$ we had paid for reservations and excursions. He hung up on me again!!!! We did and lost well over $500 that was not refundable. So in the middle of May we cancelled the order, Sarah said we could not cancel the order. Contacted the bank and they did the rest....Just got the letter that the dispute had been resolved!!!! The owner of this business will tell you whatever you need to hear to get your vehicle in his shop. Once he gets it the nightmare begins. Commitments he makes will be broken and your expense will definitely be higher than it should be. Traveling through Las Vegas my truck broke down and on a recommendation I had it towed to his shop to repair a likely broken rocker arm. I have a great diesel mechanic in Tucson and the problem was pretty much diagnosed right from the start, just over the phone. I am lucky that I have an app and adapter to read engine codes. Dan Bazan, the owner, said he would get on it in a day or two, but he just kept delaying the work, because other customers always had a priority. After seven days I Uber'd to the shop to try to get it moving and was treated with an unbelievable level of disrespect. After 9 days of little effort I told them I was going to pick up my broken truck and tow it back to Tucson, with my RV, for repair. The next day I called them to arrange picking up my truck with the RV and surprisingly they had started to work on the truck. He confirmed I had a broken rocker arm and said he would need to also replace all 8 fuel injectors, and it would be another week before it would be ready. It was actually two weeks. Normal repair, a day or two to get parts and a day or two to do the repair. My mechanic in Tucson was even kind enough to call him a couple of times, and endured being cussed out for his effort. He wanted to explain what testing should be done and the order it should be done in to confirm and repair the problem and avoid unnecessary costs, such as $3,000 for fuel injectors I may not need. The shop's diagnostic process is poor at best because it is geared more to increasing the bill. All this time I am stranded at Arizona Charlie's RV Park, without transportation. The shop owner's attitude was "not my problem". As a result of this terrible service, and being stranded in this shop for three and a half weeks, my three month summer trip had to be cancelled. I had very little knowledge about diesel engines, but that has changed. After three weeks, a repair bill over $6,300 and an RV space bill of $1,455, I finally got my truck back. The bill had extensive customer notes, but they are half truths because they have none of the commitments made to the customer, just what makes them look good. When I got back to Tucson I also found that both batteries, that were checked and good when I left on the trip, are now shot. Another $440.00. I waited 30 days to cool of before I wrote this review. Now I can post. The owner of this shop is a foul mouthed BULLY and he enjoys having customers at his mercy. He seems to enjoy making customers suffer. I know a little bit about managing a small business. I have owned and managed several since I retired 30 years ago. Dan Bazen said he doesn't care about his bad reviews because nobody reads them. I hope people read this one.
