Waited a week for the guy after all the excuses because he sounded like an honest man. He tells me…read morethe tow truck will come tomorrow and then shows up out of no where 30minutes later. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Everyone else I called had been rude, unhelpful, hanging up on me, and barely understandable. With a leap of faith, Eddie drove over 25 minutes to pick up a car, sight unseen. Trusting my word, he picked up this car and got it off our hands. It was heroic but when I visited the salvage yard a few weeks later I understood. Among 100's of cars, Eddie and Will know every single one, what happened to it, what it can do and what it needs. Thousands of engines, parts, are all over the place and those are all carefully accounted for and catalogued. These guys know their business and they are passionate about it. This was one of the most impressive places I've seen in Vegas, forget the strip!

Brought car to their shop in Vegas from San Diego and was told to leave it and they would check it out the next day. Exchanged numbers but on the following day they wouldn't answer and upon arrival they closed their bay doors and wouldn't answer any of their doors. They finally answered the phone and said they couldn't look at the car until next week, maybe. Asked for the key and after 15 or so minutes they sent someone out with the key and didn't say anything. Found a couple coils in the car so they obviously did something to it. Made it about a 2 blocks before the car died. They have terrible customer service, they don't stand by their work, they have poor knowledge of the products they sell/install. Would definitely not recommend them for anything. Terrible experience

Shannon has always given us excellent customer service. He's much friendlier, goes the extra mile…read morefor us, and has done a better job getting us the parts we need than the Henderson location. Even though we live in Henderson, we'll drive the extra distance to deal with Shannon. We have had problems with an online order. The part came in but did not work. We contacted the online sales department within the 90 day warranty period, and were told that we would get store credit in the amount of the part, however, the person we spoke to transferred to another department and put no notes in the computer regarding the store credit. Shannon and Jose at the N. Las Vegas store tried their best to contact the individual we spoke with via email, and did everything they could, but that person never responded back to us or to Shannon. Basically we lost $300 that we paid for a non functional part. The warranty was a joke. Not cool B & R. The only reason we have purchased anything through B & R since has nothing to do with your company, or how you handle your warranties, it is due solely to the service and assistance we get from the N. Las Vegas office. That being said, even though we like Shannon and Jose and their service, we will never use your online services again BOTTOM LINE: N Las Vegas Store 5 stars B & R 1.5 stars
