Review update April 16, 2025 See Review April 15, 2025 for more details OK, I put a low rating which they answered with "The Bank Charged us so we Charged you, We will a discount on your next purchase" I checked with my Bank and they don't charge a fee on DEBIT. Trailer Plus put it in as a CC charge not as a Debit. Trailers Plus charged $12,500 and the $312 for a total of $12,812. It was their error. I used a Debit Card Not a CC to save the fee. Somebody on their side screwed up, and not like most reputable business and simply admit they were wrong and fix it. Nobody want to correct the issue. What this tells me is that people need to be very careful when dealing with Trailers Plus in Las Vegas. I don't know if this is a national problem or just found in Las Vegas. read more

Was in the market for a new enclosed trailer and came across a this place. Initially I was super skeptical about all the bad reviews but decided to see for myself and happy I did. The Asst. Mgr Justin was extremely helpful and informative even though he was the only sales person there and 5 people showed up all at once. Showed up cash in hand ready to buy a trailer. Knew exactly which one I wanted. Saw it sitting on the lot. I get there and the gate was locked. Called the number on the gate and it's an out of state answering service. Then a gentleman walks up and tells me he can't help me without an appointment. There was no one else there. I asked if I could just come buy the trailer that I see sitting there, I have cash and I'm ready to purchase. He said he wanted to take his lunch in 45 minutes, so I could come back in 2 hours if I wanted to buy. Don't waste your time. I should've read the Yelp reviews first and would have known that this place is horribly run and managed. There are plenty of other reputable, motivated retailers in town that would welcome the business. Avoid this place at all costs. Update: within 30 minutes I had a brand new trailer from another nearby vendor. Do your homework. Way way better options. This place will be out of business in now time. read more

I purchased my trailer here a few years ago. The trailer has been great and had a good experience when I purchased the trailer. I took my trailer in to get the bearings replaced and the support in the back replaced since I had bent it by leaving it down and moving the trailer. When I left the trailer I asked if I could get an estimate for another repair as well since a car hit my trailer. They replaced the bearings but never gave me an estimate. After a couple of days of having the trailer I noticed that the leg on the back support was extended out so I slid it back in. It kept sliding out so the support that they replaced is faulty since the leg should not extend out when it is up. The trailer is always connected to my work truck so I have not even used the support yet. I have called many times to try to get the trailer back in, however when you call it goes somewhere else not to the office of the business you are trying to contact.. You cannot get into the place of business with out an appointment. I do like the trailer however next time I will take my business to a company that is more professional and would like repeat customers. read more

Purchased 20ft deck over out of the kingman location. 3 months later the brakes are locking up on it. The tires were dragging and had to be replaced at $200 a piece. I was told a warranty claim would be placed for the tires , a month later I was told that no warranty claim exists. I am stuck with a broken trailer that I paid cash for. I keep getting the same excuse that due to high demand they are limited to appointments only. If that was true why have they not hired to keep up with demand? To whom it may concern, After learning that the used trailer market was disappointing, I found several models, that could supply my needs, on the Trailer Plus website, and made an appointment with Antione to look at his inventory. I had to drive in from Pahrump, and as luck would have it, everything was going wrong, and I ended up late to the offices. I must confess that I was in a foul mood when I finally made it, however, Antione listened to my needs, showed me two 6X10's, and a 5X10 Victory, and I immediately knew that the 5 by 10 was perfect. While I was most pleased with Antione's service, to this point, he really came through when it came to his computer savoy. While I could have driven on to Boulder City, and obtained cash, Antione guided me through the check approval process so I could complete the transaction without delay. His efforts saved me gas, time, and not having to head back to Pahrump amid rush hour traffic. I really appreciated Antione's successful efforts to close the deal, and not force me to drive in again, and would recommend Trailers Plus to anyone. By the way, I hardly felt the trailer going back over the hump to Pahrump (pardon the somewhat hillbilly expression) and I don't think I've ever pulled any trailer so superbly aligned. I was a couple hours early to my appointment due to the fact the process of buying my UTV was quicker than expected. Antoine was amazing and let me in (you must have an appointment to enter the property). The service was quick and efficient, they found me the right trailer for my needs. Initially my experience with Trailers Plus seemed positive. Their prices are a bit high but the promise of good service seemed worth it. How wrong I was! At the time of my purchase I was promised that they would procure and install windows in my cargo trailer. The price was not an issue with me. I just wanted a good job done and good customer service. Try calling these people for service. Good luck after the sale with any help. No one answers the phone and when you show up onsite they treat you like a trespassing homeless person. Customer service is not part of the corporate culture at Trailers Plus. The "Plus" means disrespect and rude behavior. I was in need of a small 5x8 trailer for my Banana Cart and decided to visit TrailersPlus online where I found exactly what I needed. Service ,after the sale ,was terrible ! After buying the trailer ,I elected to pay for the installation of protective flooring, in my Trailer. I was told the material would be here ,in Las Vegas, within two weeks .I returned ,with the Trailer , in tow ,on December 14 ,2018 .I was then informed the material had not arrived ,but would be there within one week .I paid $600.00 ,as a deposit ,on the flooring ( parts /labor ),with the balance due ,upon completion. My credit card was charged ,on December 15, 2018 Since then ,I received no further contact from this company .I , called them on January 8, 2019, and the representative informed me that, due to the Holidays, they haven't received the supplies necessary to complete this job . I informed him that if they don't have my Order shipped ,to them ,by January 14 ,2019 (one month later ) I am cancelling the flooring upgrade ,and expect a refund of $ 600.00 ,to my Credit Card I used ,for this transaction. I would be more sympathetic, about delays ,had they kept me informed (they did not ) I ,in the interim, must now find someone else to complete my trailer flooring modifications. i made two trips to the las vegas branch dealership to discuss my trailer needs. i explained that i haul heavy stuff and was sold this trailer boasting that the ramp can hold 2500 pounds and can drive 3500 pounds over it and the interior floor can hold 5,230 pounds. i took the information home and came back again 12/31/19 to buy it. 3.5 months later on 3/15/19 i was driving with a electric pallet jack that weighs 960 pounds. i installed e-track, i had two 2x4's holding the jack from going backwards and forwards and straps from the handles pulling to the walls so that unit was secured. when i arrived at my destination i saw that the jack had caved through. the beams below where not strong enough and bent and then the weight cracked through the wooden floor. i took the trailer back and they used the term "improper loading" to wiggle their way out of honoring the warranty. first of all, i have been driving tractor trailers, and owned my own flatbeds for a few years and have strapped many loads. second, i was not even 1/5th of the 5230 pounds that this trailer was rated for and the beams bent in. i have made many calls to the las vegas location along with the headquarters in idaho. i told them i wanted to speak with a manager and was told i will get calls back and never did. they told me they see i called many times and will have someone call back and have had no luck. i have been out of a trailer for 2 months now that is a brand new 2019 and has been sitting. at this point i am doing the repairs on my own since i don't trust them. i would like to come to a settlement for my loss of being able to operate properly, loss of time and money to research and repair that this is taking up instead of simply dropping it off under warranty and a refund on all my money spent there. i am doing some of the work, i have a friend helping and will soon need to bring in welders to replace these beams and all flooring. one more thing, 1/14/19 i came in because they sold me the wrong hitch. when i asked them to switch it for me they insisted that they don't take returns and i need to pay for a new one. i explained that they set it up, they chose it and they the professionals recommended the wrong one and that is not my problem. they did not care about me and argued over a $50 item after i just came back as an upset customer and 2 weeks prior spent $5805.09. all i wanted was them to fix the trailer. i was honest and told them exactly what i had inside. when i spoke to antwan in the vegas store he told me chris will not call me back there is nothing to talk about we will not honor the warranty. i was also told by the headquarters that ryan will call me and he did not. they will be your best friend until you purchase and once you leave your nothing. the warranty is vague so they can use it to their advantage. i have filed a complaint with attorney general in both nevada and idaho. planning on a court case as well. with all my custom artwork and equipment installed inside i have $9000 in this trailer not including all my loss of use, cost of repairs, and my lack of advertising. read more
