While I was backing the trailer in, one of the wooden bunk boards somehow came completely off. The trailer is older and definitely needs the wood replaced, but at that moment, we just needed someone who could temporarily secure it so we could safely get our boat loaded. I ended up going to four different places looking for help, and Shadow Trailers was my fourth stop. At this point, I was extremely stressed because my husband and our one-year-old daughter were waiting on the boat while I was driving around trying to find someone who could help us. The guys at Shadow Trailers came through for us! They took the time to help temporarily secure the board and didn't even charge me. I honestly can't thank you guys enough. You were lifesavers and took so much stress off of us when we were already having a rough moment. We'll be coming back to Lake Havasu next month, and we already plan on bringing our trailer back to have all of the wooden pieces replaced properly. If anyone in the Lake Havasu area needs trailer maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend Shadow Trailers. You've definitely earned our business anytime we're out here visiting. Thank you again for taking the time out of your day to help our family. We truly appreciate it!

I went in for a trailer modification. Spoke to Wayne Jr who said that they can do the job. I provided him all my contact info and he said he would get back to me with a quote. If you can't do the job or don't want it, just tell me. But ghosting me is what I expect from an amateur operation, not a business with a reputation like Adrenaline Trailer. I am sadly disappointed in their service and lack of professionalism. Luckily, there are plenty of other trailer shops in town.

We stopped by on a Friday at 3:30pm while they were finishing up another customer, and after Anna heard our story of needing to leave Saturday morning, the Frank's team pulled our trailer in for an inspection. All of the bearings, breaks and tires were absolutely not road-worthy. The whole team stayed late and swapped out all of the items and got us back on the road within hours! We made the trip safely with zero issues and Anna reached out the following Monday to make sure we made it safe. Top Notch customer service and hospitality. I would recommend Franks to anyone for their trailer needs!

Always being told I would get a return call. Never did. I had contacted them no less than 6 times and never received the call back. I was always given the excuse that HWH hadn't given them the needed info, which is amazing as they are supposed to be a master service center for HWH, and I was able to make 1 phone call and get this info in short order. Sadly they disrespect customers and HWH who trusts them to sell and service their products. Its shameful that any business leaves potential customers hanging out to dry. Merely stating that they did not wish to or were far to busy to help is far better than being led on or lied to.

I've had two different repair experiences with Brittons Auto Service recently, and both have been…read moreexcellent. The first time, I brought my vehicle in with several diagnostic trouble codes. After reviewing everything, they diagnosed the problem as a broken #9 injector. The repair was done at a very fair price, including the labor. While they had the vehicle, they also took care of an oil leak I had, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little they charged for that repair. My second visit was to have new headlights and tail lights installed. While the vehicle was there, they also took the time to look into a drivability issue I had been experiencing. They weren't able to replicate the problem, but I completely understand that it's difficult to diagnose an issue that isn't occurring. In fact, I haven't been able to replicate it either, so it may have resolved itself. What really impressed me was that they did not charge me any diagnostic time for looking into the drivability issue. They spent the time checking it out, couldn't duplicate the problem, and simply told me what they found. To me, that's a great example of an honest and trustworthy repair shop. What really stands out to me about Brittons is the customer service and the feeling that you're dealing with people you can trust. I never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn't need, and their pricing has been very reasonable. It's hard to find a repair shop where you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle and know you're being treated fairly. Brittons Auto Service has earned my trust, and I'll definitely continue using them for my future repair and maintenance needs. Highly recommended
