This was our first time boating in Lake Havasu, and everything was going great until it was time to load our boat back onto the trailer. While I was backing the trailer in, one of the wooden bunk boards somehow came completely off. The trailer is older and definitely needs the wood replaced, but at that moment, we just needed someone who could temporarily secure it so we could safely get our boat loaded. I ended up going to four different places looking for help, and Shadow Trailers was my fourth stop. At this point, I was extremely stressed because my husband and our one-year-old daughter were waiting on the boat while I was driving around trying to find someone who could help us. The guys at Shadow Trailers came through for us! They took the time to help temporarily secure the board and didn't even charge me. I honestly can't thank you guys enough. You were lifesavers and took so much stress off of us when we were already having a rough moment. We'll be coming back to Lake Havasu next month, and we already plan on bringing our trailer back to have all of the wooden pieces replaced properly. If anyone in the Lake Havasu area needs trailer maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend Shadow Trailers. You've definitely earned our business anytime we're out here visiting. Thank you again for taking the time out of your day to help our family. We truly appreciate it! read more

The entire experience with Shadow Trailer was outstanding. They explained how they would do the job in every detail. It was done quickly for a reasonable price. The workmanship was fantastic. The guys at Shadow trailer did a great job on adding 2 handrails on my trailer to get up in and out of my boat, and adding a step up front under the tongue/trailer. Also saved me over $1,000, and did it on time, which is almost unheard of in Lake Havasu. Highly recommend them!!! read more

I've been hiring Shadow Trailers for a few years now. Everyone there has been wonderful, and Tom has been especially great to work with. They are honest, caring, capable, and professional; not to mention, they are happy to make time and know what their schedule will be without unexpected delays. Additionally, they were able to work within my limited budget and solve what was needed for our trailer, one phase at a time. Bless you all. In kindness and with respect, Kareem read more

Noticed that my Shadow trailer brakes were getting hot. Took the trailer into Shadow trailers on London Bridge Road and spoke with Tom. They found that the lower actuator slide bearing was broke and the brakes were not disengaging witch caused one rotor to have heat cracks and ruin four brake pads. Shadow Trailers and Tom repaired everything under warranty. Highly recommend Shadow Trailers and Tom. Steve McCue read more

Love how Tom and his team took special care of our dual axle RV trailer when we noticed unusual wear on one of the tires. They carefully inspected and identified cracks in each of the mounting brackets. Not something they would recommend for repair but needed replacement. They had direct access to Dexter Axle so was able get and install them in good time so we did not miss a trip. After getting back asked if they could do a quick inspection to make sure everything was solid and they were happy to do so. All is good and ready for more trips. . Highly recommend them and thankful for their help. read more

You dont think about boat trailers too much until something happens. I was in Havasu for the week and did some fishing at night off my pontoon. My left rear hub on my tandem axle trailer was getting warm when I checked it and I pumped some grease into my "bearing-buddy" thinking it would instantly solve it. On the third day taking it to the launch ramp we stopped for fuel and it was smoking badly, might have even been on fire inside. Doused it with some of our refreshments to cool it down and parked it immediately at the motel I was staying at. I use a search engine to find trailer parts and the first result was a business that had little knowledge of what parts I needed and was litterally guessing what to order. Next was Shadow Trailers on London Bridge Road. TOM and Seth were working the counter. I brought the wheel hub and what was left of the bearings for them to examine. Tom immediately went to the bins on a table and picked out my parts. He had the boys in the back press out and re-install fresh races for me. He had an example of the same spindle on my trailer and showed me the procedure to install them. Bingo! back on the lake and fishing in no time. These guys are the go to for parts and knowledge. AND GREAT PRICES! This is my go-to shop for all three of my trailers for now on... read more

I had a problem with my trailer not backing up also right blinker, right tail light and right brake light not working. Was quoted 80-120 to repair. I call the next day at 9:15 and they hadn't started on it yet. They call me at 11:00 and say it's ready. They said trailer was low on brake fluid and everything works great now. For some reason they switched out my connector from a flat to a 7 round. I needed that flat for my Razor trailer. I use an adapter that they said did not work right. (Wrong) no need to change. I go to pay and he says $410.00. WTF He said they bled brakes, added fluid, changed connector and fixed lights. WRONG it did not need any of these things. We go and hook up trailer and I have the same problems that I came in with. They put on there tester and say everything is fine. At this point he goes to check my truck and says I need to replace the wire harness on my truck. I Realize at this point that I got screwed. I buy the new harness and drive home and unscrew the harness holder and the connector in the back had fallen off. I reconnect the original harness and everything works fine. $410 down the drain. I'm so mad that these guys just screwed me and in the end all that needed to be done was to push that connector on my truck back together. To make matters worse the right taillight fell out of the grommet on my way home. I had to get another grommet when I returned the wire harness and install that myself. Now I need the adapter for my razor trailer. I would never recommend these guys for anything. read more

Serious want to be attitude in here. Do yourself a favor, there are other good trailer builders in town. Went to order a new SHAD1 trailer from them and a gentleman told me they are a hi end trailer manufacturer. Not sure why his initial comments started with that. Maybe my wife and I looked poor. read more

Ok so I will never do business with shadow trailers again. Had a trailer service. Picked up the trailer and within 5 miles lost a bearing and a tire from the trailer. Then they took it back and serviced the trailer again but they left the boat outside after it had just been detailed by Bob Moses. They transported it to storage and when I picked up the boat the gray carpets were orange. Not sure if they left it under a carport but there is cover for the boat that they chose not to use. Now the owner will simply not clean the carpets. Shadow trailers response is it was an act of GOD LMAO. The pic of the boat from this weekend do you think I would ever let me carpets get this bad. NOPE really Shadow trailers could not even own their mistake. Do you want them taken care of your trailer? Just saying Adrenaline did a great job on my swing tongue should have stayed with them. I will use adrenaline from here on out. read more
