I took the RV home and the next day the cabin batteries were dead. We charged them and hooked them to shore power and the next day they were dead. The internet told me to look for something I was not sure of so I called Trotters and asked them to have Nathan call me when he had time. I live 25 miles from their shop and if it was a quick fix that would be great. Today I got a call from Valerie who said Nathan said they weren't dying there. No offer to answer my question. No offer to take a look at it. Just nothing! If he didn't want to do the job or was incapable of doing the job, just say so, but they gave me nothing! Basically gave me the brush off with no explanation. I know a shop in California that will fix it but I find it sad I have to take the RV 300 miles to find a shop that cares about their customers and reputation.

I hung up the phone and he continued to raise his voice at me and checked me in then snatched my keys from me to start the oil change. Which another lady inline even said to him, "sir calm down, no one heard you" I get it's hot outside and I know that must be frustrating for him but how he handled it was extremely unprofessional and rude. After an hour of walking around Walmart I was called back to the front desk and was told my oil change couldn't be done because of a dent on my door. Which why they didn't alert me sooner than that was ridiculous I just filed a complaint on Sean and took my car down to take 5 oil change. Phenomenal service there and wasn't yelled at by any of the employees. Won't be returning or referring anyone to Walmarts car services.
