She had to go back in a few times due to them selling her the wrong size fuses and she wasn't sure how to remove the fuses when she found them so they sold her a fuse puller instead of coming out and helping her. She was in the parking lot for over thirty minutes trying to figure out what she was doing and when she went to go back in they had locked the doors. It was 5:55, 5 minutes before their stated time to close. Please don't support this store, it could be your wife, daughter, mother or girlfriend next time!

I recently had a problem with my steps and the cabin batteries dying even when hooked to shore power. Nathan fixed the steps and told me the cabin batteries were holding a charge. I took the RV home and the next day the cabin batteries were dead. We charged them and hooked them to shore power and the next day they were dead. The internet told me to look for something I was not sure of so I called Trotters and asked them to have Nathan call me when he had time. I live 25 miles from their shop and if it was a quick fix that would be great. Today I got a call from Valerie who said Nathan said they weren't dying there. No offer to answer my question. No offer to take a look at it. Just nothing! If he didn't want to do the job or was incapable of doing the job, just say so, but they gave me nothing! Basically gave me the brush off with no explanation. I know a shop in California that will fix it but I find it sad I have to take the RV 300 miles to find a shop that cares about their customers and reputation.
