My husband drove 2 hrs to RR Hitches as we live off grid because our spring broke on our water trailer & we couldn't get any water. The guy who waited him was not pleasant at all & proceeded to tell him that the spring he brought in they no longer made but he had another spring the same size. He didn't mention it might not work. So after my husband got home he found out they (he bought 2 as he figured it would be smart to replace both) wouldn't work as they bowed. He found another spring at our neighbors place and proceeded to replace it. Now we were low on water so he made 3 trips (takes about 3 1/2 hrs because of the road & weight) and after all this drove back to Kingman to return the springs. Another 2 hrs to Kingman & damn if wasn't able to return them as their receipt states you only have 15 days & then if you want cash there is a 25% restocking fee! He bought them on Feb 26, 2026 & today is March 16, 2026 & they are closed on the weekend. So we are out $422.00!! Oh & my husband is a Vietnam Vet too, so being Vet owned doesn't mean much. Though my husband admits it was his fault for not looking at the receipt, I had thought we had at least 30 days to return the merchandise as is the usual policy. We will never return to do business with this company again & I suggest you don't either! They definitely don't care about repeat business! read more

If you are looking for a racist misogynistic and bigot then look no further than here. We went in to buy a hitch and the owner was serving another customer. We waiting patiently while looking around at what options I may want. This man (the owner) stopped helping the customer and rudely asked what I need. I said that I wasn't looking to cut in line and he could continue helping the current customer. Instead he came around the counter demanding to know what I wanted. I explained a hitch and a receiver spacer. He rudely tried gaslighting me telling me a hitch is not called a hitch, lol he tried saying it was a receiver. Yes, I'm female but I own a construction company and am mechanical and know exactly what I was taking about. His tone toward me was super rude, yet when he was dealing with the other customer he was very nice. The minute he talked with me and my friend his face expression changed and so his tone. When I brought up the items I wanted to buy he was being obtuse and was very rude I asked him if I've done something to him to make him so upset. He then really got mad. He said he took a bullet and I can treat me any way he wants. My partner said Wow, you are being rude we just want to purchase this and leave. The owner then said do you want to see me be rude? Did your feeling get hurt? Are you so soft? We'll, he began to become uncomfortable looking in his own skin. You could clearly see he was unstable, probably had issues I was a female and clearly having issues with the color of my skin. We didn't buy anything he then refused to sell anything to us, clearly it was his own personal issues. He told me to go to the internet and tell everyone how I'm soft and hurt over his behavior. That hadn't been a thought to rate his business until he mentioned it. We went across the street and bought what we needed from UHAUL. They were kind, professional and had great service. Outstanding service! Our Roadmaster hitch broke on our way from Presort to Kingsman. Tony was going to close early due to detached retina. He not only had a replacement hitch available, he waited for us to arrive and pick it up. He didn't have to do that, but it was deeply appreciated and we are now safely moving on! In this day of mean spirited people I don't wish to be one. The 5 star is because he did a good job on our trailer hitch. Maybe he didn't know or care how sick I'd been the night before. Maybe he didn't realize or care that I was a 71 years old woman with a torn Achilles. Maybe he didn't realize that my husband had read his bio and decided to drive 60 miles to have him put on our trailer hitch at 8:30 in the morning, when we could have gone to anyone in our town. Maybe he didn't realize or care that this was the first time we were able to give ourselves a luxury in a very long time, and we were looking forward to this day. We were your only customers this morning. We spent over $500 dollars at your business. But when you deny me the use of your filthy bathroom and told me to go down the street to the Circle K, that was cruel, rude and bad business. When I asked where he went since he didn't have a bathroom he stated "I don't have a PUBLIC bathroom." I said, "I'm spending $500 + here in your shop and you won't let me use your bathroom?" To which he said, "Are you really going to go there?" I just stood there and pondered how mean and rude he was being, and then he pointed to his bathroom in the back and said "I don't appreciate your attitude." I didn't say another word. I used the bathroom and got back in my truck while he installed the hitch. Without it we couldn't pick up our mini trailer and we had looked forward to today. It was upsetting and then I thought.. he is one of those people who just don't realize how their attitude can ruin another's day, and everyone is going through something even if we don't know it. Remember to be kind. I forgive this man of his rudeness. I hope he is kinder to his other elderly people that come to his place of business. read more

If I could I would give it a 10 star. The owner Tony was so nice and professional and did an excellent job putting on and wiring for my power lift. 4 weeks prior I had the hitch installed by u-haul and Tony notices u-haul hadn't tighten all the necessary bolts for the hitch which could have caused a major disaster. He is the guy to go to if you want quality and professional work. read more

Owner of R & R wired my car to be towed by an RV. I left for a 3 month trip but could not find the electrical bungee cord to connect the tow car (toad) immediately after he did the work. A thousand miles away I found that the install didn't work at all. He said the wires would be inside car and not visible. They hung loosely under the car without even ties, so the work was bad and sloppy. I returned to Kingman several months later and explained the problem. The owner is a very big guy. He yelled at me in a threatening manner saying he was the best. He said he'd fix it if I paid him more money. I was afraid he'd tamper with my car. I really thought he'd beat me up anyway, so I am out $250+ and a very bad memory. I do not recommend his man for any business from anyone for any reason. Upon reaching the age of 85 this month, I've finally learned to pay attention to my inner voice. What does that have to do with R & R Hitches you may ask? I bought a brand new trailer a few years ago for towing my Jeep--the trailer gets a lot of use. As we were about to head out to the Florence Junction (AZ) area, my inner voice kept saying; "Have the trailer checked." I listened to "the voice" and am so thankful I did. Tony Scott found that three hubs had to be replaced due to bad grease and/or very little grease - it was also the wrong grease for the trailer as received from the manufacturer. Also, three bearings were shot, so they too had to be replaced. One of the hubs was worn down to nothing! Tony was amazed I had even managed to arrive at his shop without the trailer failing. That's scary stuff! I could have had a severe accident on the highway potentially injuring others in addition to my vehicles and myself! Even with his busy schedule Tony was able to take care of my trailer the same day. Here's a suggestion dear people; when you buy a new or used trailer have all the parts checked immediately, preferably by Tony (if you live in the area) and always pay attention to your inner voice. Tony also advised that I have it checked yearly--that's a given! Tony's honesty and integrity are outstanding, his prices are very reasonable and his knowledge of all things motorized is exceptional!
