Had recall work done here, tailgate would pop open while driving down the road is what the recall…read moresaid. I never had an issue before the recall. Recently was driving the vehicle at 5 mph making a turn and the tailgate popped open and was damaged. The tailgate hit my trailer jack. Went to the dealer after this happened and was told to call Ram Customer Care. I did so and they asked if the dealership had inspected the tailgate. I said no and they asked why not. Went back to the dealer and they flat refused to inspect it and said the manager would call me. That never happened but they talked to Ram Customer care and told them the recall work was done and done correctly. How would you know without inspection?! Long story short T&R collision fixed the damage to the tailgate and fixed the botched tailgate recall and adjustment. I have the typical hemi exhaust leak as well as a couple maintenance items that I was going to have the dealer do but since they let me know how they do business I will be going else wear for the maintenance and repairs needed. They are obviously perfect the first time whether or not the work holds up. Funny how I never had an issue with the tailgate until they touched it for the recall. So now I just call the FTC and NHTSA and let them deal with this situation. Then pursue further legal action. May decide to park across the street with a big sign to warn the public or the poor business practices of this dealership and its staff. Would have been way better to come inspect my vehicle for both of us. Definitely going to pursue this issue further even if it costs me some dollars to do so.....

When my wife came out, she noticed that the undercarriage of the trailer had come loose, and folded underneath. We managed to limp over to Trotter's RV Repair to have it fixed. We figured that we would have to get a motel room for the night, at the very least. The owner had ok'ed us to come over, and they put their guy Dustin on it. We came in at about 2 PM, and he had us back on the road by about 3:30. And without telling, the price they charged was more than fair. Let me tell you, that if we lived close enough, nobody else would ever work on this trailer. All the folks there were absolutely a dream. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you guys. You're the best!

And we were only leaking water. We drove all the way back home and I called Trotters's and ask them if they could fix it and they said they could! I explained everything and they said they could take care of it . Visited some of the quick lube places in town. Prices for $145 to Walmart at $46 for an oil change and $10 to rotate the tires. It took close to three hours, but was on a Saturday. In the future will go on a weekday. Or, I will just walk home and return late in the day. They did a great job. The other thing in the past at other places would get the service. One or two days later would see oil drops on my garage floor. From messy mechanic or not tight fitting in the oil pan. Not the case with Walmart/Kingman. I have a second car and March 2025 is one year on the vehicle. Also under 1000 miles driven. Taking it to WM/Kingman for maintenance. You cannot beat the price, and they do an excellent job.

Unearned arrogance. Needed suspension parts for my tailer. I didn't have the dimensions I needed…read morebut the parts he showed me looked correct. I offered to buy them. if they were correct, it would save me the extra 140 mile round trip. No deal. Made the extra trip. The parts did fit, but he didn't give me the plastic sleeves for the bolts. Later, I needed the bolt that held the leaf springs together. He didn't look at the springs I brought, sold me two bolts that were supposed to fit standard 6 leaf. Got home bolts too short. Called him, he just said they were the only bolts he had, that I didn't know what I was doing. Sent pics, he was not man enough to admit he was wrong. What I didn't know was not to deal with this arrogant asshat.
