In these times it seems that customer service is rare. Companies set up loyalty rewards or…read morecontracts in order to get people to buy their products. Well Batteries plus is the exception to the rule. I walk in as I was having trouble with my phone. A young guy who looked as if he was 12 came to the desk to ask me what he could do...I told him my phone is not even a year old and it was charging right. He looks at the phone then looked at me and said we don't work on Google phones...ughhh but he offered to take to the back and clean the port. No guarantees...needless to say he fixed it and only charged me $10 Highly recommend this place.

Went to get a new battery and screen for an iPhone, all seemed fine. Got home and the home button…read moreon the phone doesn't work. I took it back, explained, etc. The tech was very understanding and agreed to make it right - a few hours later they called and said the home button broke during repair. Fine, accidents happen. We went over a few options, which seemed pretty reasonable, and we ended up asking them to just refund the screen cost and move the new battery to my wife's phone, which also needed a new one. Not the best, but given the circumstances, something we were willing to work with. We came back after the second round of repair was complete... And after getting home noticed new damage to the screen in my wife's phone (the corner is now lighter than the rest, with a nice streak down to the middle). I'm honestly not sure I want to go back to the same place for yet another repair even if it's free. 4 stars for customer service, 1 star for technical ability. 5 stars for speed of service, but if it isn't good work, does speed matter?

My daughter had just fallen asleep in the back of the car. To add insult to injury, there were very strong winds in the area. I parked the car and called them up asking if they'd meet me in the parking lot with an OBDII scanner. No prob. Jerry came out, ran it, my daughter woke up and carried her inside. The scanner error said ignition coils and possibly spark plugs. He pulled up the parts on the ol' computer, told me what I needed and pricing. He helped find me better pricing, ordered it all up (which they had in store) and got my squared away. Now let's stop here for a second. I had no idea what coils or spark plugs do or go of that sort. The record came to a screeching halt right then and there. But Jerry was great throughout, he was able to help me through the install process. He got the clearance from his manager to help me which it was near 7pm and store was empty. He got out some tools and guided me through the removal and install of the new parts. In matter of an hour, car started, codes were cleared and rough idle went away. Now each situation may vary when you go to an auto parts store, but I was darn thankful for all the help that Jerry had provided me from tools, to his knowledge and help on getting the best pricing on the better parts needed for my car to get my family back to the city.
