The tow truck driver was a kind gentleman that had been towing for 30 years. He called them first to see if they could take me in...glad they did. Brian the owner was kind enough to get me right in...get the parts and send me on my way without the price gouging I have seen in some dealerships. Later that same day, I noticed a humming sound and the alignment felt off -- clearly something wasn't right from the replacement. When I called about the alignment issue, I explained I'd already been inconvenienced twice by problems that were the shop's own doing, and asked if I could be seen sooner than the last available afternoon slot -- even just to have it looked at, given that I regularly have small children in the car. I was met with attitude and no real concern for the safety issue at hand. I understand staffing and workload issues happen, but when a customer has spent significant money on a full set of tires and dealt with repeated safety issues caused by the shop's own work, a little more urgency and care would go a long way
