Went to buy a car from Gene off of facebook marketplace. he swore it was clean and no problems. Upon looking up the carfax it had 2 accidents reported. Including functional damage. The last oil change was a year ago. I informed him of this and he called me a liar and said I was acting sketchy. I am hesitant to write a bad review about anyone, but I'll make an exception here. My son bought a van from these people with written assurances that there are no problems whatsoever. Not true. Not only were there significant problems, but the problems were greater than the cost of the van. I had my personal mechanic check it out and he confirmed what I thought to be the case. The car is not safe to drive. We asked to return the van for a refund. At first, one of the young employees said they would but then the owner (Kevin) reversed that. We said we obviously could sue, and Kevin's response was, "Go ahead. It wouldn't be the first time and not the last." So, OK, we sue. Enough of this post. Just be advised that this is not a place I would recommend to buy a toothpick, and certainly not a car. read more

Don't buy from these guys. They won't return any of my calls or messages. I purchased a car from them at night(I know my bad) so I took there word for it and was even very patient and didn't require them to clean it out which it was very filthy. They continued to tell me multiple times that there was nothing wrong with it. I took there word because I had my 2 year old with me and it was getting late(again my bad). I trailered the car home. The next morning I went to clean it and found they had replaced one of the windows with a piece of black plexiglass. Drove it 2 miles into town and a bunch of lights started coming on. Had it checked and they found numerous problems with the electronics along with bad shocks, bad struts, bad tie rod linkage, and transmission not shifting properly. I tried to call them numerous times and leave messages and they never once called back as if they knew they were hiding something. I only really expected to have the window fixed because it is a used car but I never got a chance to talk to them again. That is why I am really upset. As a business you should at least here your customers out especially since I have only put 6 miles on the car. Why would I ever come back after being treated like this. Last Saturday, we bought a 2014 hyundai elantra, with 117000 miles. They were nice enough to meet us after the place closed, I feel that they weren't entirely honest about what they sold us. The car has a ticking in the engine and our "salesman" said that it was nothing to worry about. He daid that as we keep fresh oil in it, it will last forever. When driving it home, the check engine light came on.My husband checked a fluids and we continued home (3hr drive). It made it home. We took it to an auto mechanic and he said that there is absolutely no reason to fix breaks or anything else, because it needs an entirely new engine. I have tried to talk to several employees from Indoor Auto Solutions about a return, refund, or reimbursement for the engine, and only one has returned any comment. That comment was, "Sorry no refunds." I even pointed out that there is an Illinois law that holds dealers accountable for misrepresenting issues and that there is an automatic powertrain warranty for 15 days or 500 miles, on all used "as is" vehicles, by Illinois law and no more comment. He tried telling me that he was not a "salesman," but he is showing us otherwise. No comment again, when I said to just reimburse for a new engine. Bad business. Not honest read more
