There was zero communication during the day, and the sudden price jump felt completely unjustified. To top it off, I brought my car to another shop the very next day. They had it done ASAP with zero issues--and the total cost was only $169. That says a lot. Completely disappointed in the lack of transparency, professionalism, and honesty.
