Oil was changed, and the service tech recognized the other shop NEVER changed the valve stem, which was defective.... that's 3 days ago, and I have NOT had a flat since! I…read morewas told a few months ago that it needed to be replaced soon, but I noticed there weren't any chain auto shops in the area. I was given a quote over the phone and told it could be done immediately and would take about 30 minutes. After we finished breakfast, my husband and I drove over there. The employees were very friendly and fast. They began work on my car immediately and it was finished within 45 minutes of my arrival. They had coffee and magazines and the locals (obviously employees or regulars) going in and out were entertaining and funny. The price they quoted me was what I paid, AND, it was the same price I was quoted at Pep Boys a couple months earlier. I expected them to be more expensive because it was a smaller business but it wasn't! I would definitely recommend this business and I'd much rather give my money to a family business like this, than a big chain, any day. Five happy stars.
