Work that we just paid to have done 4-22-25. Did you not do the work then? The same place that told my wife she needed brakes on the 2014 CR-V. The fact was. The brakes were only 40% wore and went another 50,000 miles before they needed to be changed. 2 out of the last 3 times we had the oil changed you shorted us 1/2 quart of oil. You owe us a quart of oil. They forgot to check the oil on.my daughters car when they picked it up. My daughter is calling back after the car sits and she checks the oil. These cars don't hold much oil to begin with. 1/2 quart is a pretty high percentage of the total. We were taught to start the vehicle to fill the filter. Shut it off. Let it sit while you lubed the doors and locks. Then check the oil and add as necessary. It's good practice to check the oil after an oil change, but you should not have to do it because some chissler is trying to chisel you out of a 1/2 quart of oil every oil change. However when the manager came over to tell me he wouldn't budge on the price of the new one giving me an excuse that's what he paid for it at auction and had to cover his dealer auction permits cost I and he wasn't making any profit. I debating on laughing in his face or saying something rude like who sells a car and doesn't make a profit. I'm one for not playing stupid games or wasting my time when you're talking almost 40000 out of my pocket. So I simply asked Joe to write everything out and I'd go over it later before making a decision. He typed everything out and was trying to be slick and added a 1500 dollar theft program into the deal and with out telling me untill I caught it. When asked about the dollar amount he showed me a flyer for added insurance for theft of the car. I started that's why I have car insurance and to remove this. He said they'd write in the deal and remove it later. Also pressing me beyond the norm of obtaining my e mail address so they can send me more junk that I don't want sent to me. Car buying is as easy and or as difficult as as the salesmen cares to make it. Due to the ridiculous comments from the manager and the lack of integrity of being up front about add on's for profit; thinking I'd sign a contract to make a commission or a few extra dollars profit, shows total lack of honesty and integrity. Treating customers like they are gullible and or stupid is just what makes car salesmen not worthy of buying a car from. as I see it, if they can't respect me and my time. Why would I spend my time purchasing a car here. As a final note if you check with the internet and other dealers you can obtain the cost of what dealers will likely pay and the original veh sticker to aid in knowing the proper price for any car. So why car salesmen lie is beyond me. due To these issues I'll be purchasing elsewhere. Good job guys, go back to car salesmen 101classes!!!!!

I went through a number of dealerships - the first could not get any dealer to trade with them, the second refused to reserve it for me even with a deposit, the third told me it was there when it was sold the day before. I ended up contacting Bradley of Kia to see if they could locate one, and shortly after was contacted by Grayson who told me he could probably get me one sooner than the other dealership I was talking to. I ended up putting a $500 deposit down to secure the exact model through a dealer trade and went to pick it up on my day off, driving an hour each way, only to find that it too had been sold the day before I got there even though it had been reserved for me. Grayson openly admitted this was their mistake, and general sales manager Derek also came in to apologize and told me this was not how they do business, and also let me know that if I was interested in continuing to do business with them, they would locate the exact car I wanted and sell it to me for $1,000 less than their invoice price. Grayson promised that they would do everything to get me the car I wanted, even if he had to drive to get it himself. This was vastly different than my experience at a North Aurora Kia dealership that had also told me a car was available when it wasn't. They owned up to the error and made it worth my while to come back. Within a week, they had located the exact vehicle and did a dealer trade. Their employee drove 6 hours round trip to bring it back to Bradley for me to purchase on my next day off. This time the car was waiting for me outside, and was exactly what I wanted. The dealership honored their $1,000 off invoice price, and was able to get me the price and monthly payment that I wanted. The manager stopped in and thanked me for coming back to do business with them. The car was washed and had a full tank when I left with it, and I couldn't be happier.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and very costly…read more In 2023 I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra with only 47,000 miles. I was specifically told that the truck had been fully inspected by the dealership's service department and had passed their multi-point inspection. I relied on that assurance when deciding to purchase the vehicle. Since then, I have spent over $6,000 in repairs, and the truck now has approximately 69,000 miles, meaning I have only driven it about 22,000 miles while dealing with repeated issues. Repairs have included: Starter replacement Wiring harness replacement Replacement of all four O2 sensors A complete exhaust system replacement Onboard computer system problems requiring a full relearn and reboot My independent mechanic informed me that these types of wiring and onboard system problems should have been identified during any legitimate dealership inspection. The situation became even more frustrating when I trusted the dealership's service department to replace an oil pan gasket, only to find that the truck was still leaking oil after the repair. Because I commute over 40 miles each way to work, the truck's unreliability forced me to purchase a second vehicle just to ensure I could get to work every day. When I attempted to discuss these issues with the dealership, they were not willing to work with me or provide any meaningful assistance. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before buying.

The very first night I drove the car home, I noticed that a rear light was not working. I contacted my salesperson the very next day to report the issue. Since I do not live close to the dealership, I agreed to wait until my first oil change to have it addressed. When it came time for service, I was informed that no used-car mechanics were available on weekends. Despite the fact that I had reported the issue immediately after purchase, the dealership was unwilling to accommodate me. After several phone calls and attempts to speak with management, many of which went unanswered, I finally scheduled a weekday appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for three hours, I was told that the light bulb was out, and it could not be fixed. All the mechanics had gone home, and I would have to leave once again with not back break light and most likely would have to pay for the repair myself. When I explained that I had reported the issue the day after purchasing the vehicle, I was essentially told there was no way the mechanic could have missed it during inspection. In other words, it felt like they were implying that I was not being truthful. To make matters worse, after waiting three hours, I left with only an oil change completed. The tire rotation I requested was not done, and now my check engine light is now on and my remote start no longer works (which both were working before they checked my car). Based on my experience so far, I have little confidence that these new issues will be taken seriously either. The most frustrating part of this entire experience has been the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. Once the sale was completed, it feels like customer concerns no longer matter. I expected much better treatment from a Toyota dealership. I would not recommend Toyota of Bourbonnais based on my experience.
