Upon inspection it appeared that they had overspray of the liner on the top of the cab and both sides of the truck. The business owner said it had to have been from the factory, they place a curtain between the truck bed and the cab and cover the cab with plastic. I was there product that was oversprayed onto the truck. Had to bring it back to have the product removed with lacquer thinner. They got most of it but I had to have them get some spots they didn't get. I believe there is still some product still on the paint that I will find later. The owner or manager never had the courage to apologize for the poor workmanship that was exhibited or for the inconvenience of the added time and trips to the dealer to have the problem rectified. Needless to say they have not notched up any brownie points for any future business with them.

Ended up buying it somewhere else. What I ended up needing is a knuckle assembly and a axle shaft. Couldn't come up with it on the same day. Also noticed I was charged for a spindle nut, which evidently had to be ordered. Could not get a refund. Admittedly, I didn't notice that I was charged for the nut until 2 weeks later. "Come back Monday when a manager is available ". Not happening. 52 miles from home, $5.69 a gallon for fuel. Keep my $15.00. I won't be back. There are plenty of other options out there.

The difference is the obvious level of skills and restrictions by the people doing the work compared to a true automotive mechanic. For what I saved in the price for my tires, including mounting and road hazard warranty, I lost because the mechanic couldn't get one of my locking lugnuts off and I had to go elsewhere to get it removed and the new tire installed. Not the mechanics' fault but Walmart's as they limit what their mechanics are able to do. I give 3 stars because the mechanic felt bad and tried to do everything to resolve the problem. I hope he goes to an automotive school and gets licensed because I believe he would be great. Had the locking lugnut not been an issue, I would have been very happy with the price of the 4 new tires. That one issue erased my savings as I had to pay another shop $140 to get the locking lugnut off and mount my 4th tire.

But my last visit set me back as to why? I took my car in for a regular oil change and was told it would be about 90 minutes because they were backed up. I had shopping to do and it was past due so I said ok. I walked the entire store several times and even had a sandwich at Subway. I checked my ticket and it said the service was done so I headed to the Auto Center where I was told it would take a few more minutes. 10 minutes later it was done. I had quite a few items in my cart and proceeded to put them on the counter half way through ringing these items up John the cashier says next time I should take these up front because HE doesn't take these many items. During my entire transaction I was the only one there and I spent over $175.00. That was my last visit. I guess John sets policy for the store. That was my last trip. Shame I liked the subway shop inside the store.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and very costly…read more In 2023 I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra with only 47,000 miles. I was specifically told that the truck had been fully inspected by the dealership's service department and had passed their multi-point inspection. I relied on that assurance when deciding to purchase the vehicle. Since then, I have spent over $6,000 in repairs, and the truck now has approximately 69,000 miles, meaning I have only driven it about 22,000 miles while dealing with repeated issues. Repairs have included: Starter replacement Wiring harness replacement Replacement of all four O2 sensors A complete exhaust system replacement Onboard computer system problems requiring a full relearn and reboot My independent mechanic informed me that these types of wiring and onboard system problems should have been identified during any legitimate dealership inspection. The situation became even more frustrating when I trusted the dealership's service department to replace an oil pan gasket, only to find that the truck was still leaking oil after the repair. Because I commute over 40 miles each way to work, the truck's unreliability forced me to purchase a second vehicle just to ensure I could get to work every day. When I attempted to discuss these issues with the dealership, they were not willing to work with me or provide any meaningful assistance. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to have it inspected by an independent mechanic before buying.
