Finally my partner came to help, he couldn't figure it out either. The brown haired woman was right next to us, throwing away papers. She looked over, seeing us struggling and didn't even offer any help. She and the white haired woman kept looking over, but didn't help. There was another woman behind us and asked for personal help as we were struggling, and the women working there told her to just wait behind us. Good to know they aren't customer oriented.
