Great store, great battery, they replaced for us in parking lot for free, no upselling. Love this place!

I wish more stars were available to give these guys. There's a reason that I'm willing to drive in…read morefrom out of state to bring my car here. I've come to DAP for tire mounting, turbo replacement, random engine lights, etc. Every time, they go through the car thoroughly take pictures, take notes before sending to me for repair approval. They've taken plenty of time to work with my (very slow to approve) insurance company. Lee even had to stay late with them on the phone to get the repair completed when I was on a tight deadline. They didn't have to do that. They're experts on European import cars and I don't have to worry when I drop it off that some problem is going to stump them, as I've had happen with other mechanics. I ordered a steel oil pan kit for my 2017 golf sportwagen…read more Immediately on arrival, I noted that one of the studs for the oil pressure sensor was slightly angled, but due to the nature of my vehicle leaking from the oil pan, I did not ask for a replacement as the repair was urgent. When I went to install the pan, the bolt was halfway down the stud and the stud completely broke. The bolt wasn't even anywhere near flush with the oilpan. I emailed the company, they took a long time to reply, and when they did, they obviously did not even read my complaint, immediately telling me that I overtorqued the bolt and they would not be refunding me. I didnt even get a chance to torque the bolt. The fact that they did not take the time to READ and ask questions or even attempt to understand the issue, confirms they are preying on the consumer. Shame on them. My car is now leaking oil once again due to their poorly made product and they are refusing to take responsibility for it. Upon doing the research I should've done prior to making the purchase, I found multiple reviews of the same stud snapping, some of these reviews dating back years. Not a new problem, and they obviously have not made an attempt to fix the existing issue. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this DISHONEST company who doesn't take the time to actually read and understand the issue, rather they glaze over and assume. This is ridiculous considering i now have to fight to have my money returned as well as having to redo the job so my car isnt leaking oil. My credit card company is aware of the details. I cant beleive they advertise this as a "quality" part.

I bought…read morea Jeep Gladiator at parks Chevrolet in May, but one of the hydraulic lifts for the soft top kept popping off every time I would close it and was eventually referred to this commercial center. The first time they attempted to repair it they left me without a vehicle for several days. When they were done they assured me "they tested it a hundred times" before calling me. When I got there, literally the first time I tried to open the same thing happened in front of the service manager. This time I was given a loaner car because they had to order new parts and was going to take over a week. Well over a week went by and I had to call multiple times to get updates. When they said it was finished, they brought it back to my house with their valet and the same thing happened again. First time...popped off. So the valet just took it back. They eventually just ended up replacing the whole thing but took over TWO MONTHS to complete this simple repair. And to top of the unprofessionalism of this clown show, I received toll pass invoices for the two times their valet brought me back my truck. Brian (the manager) assured me I would be receiving compensation checks but that was also almost a month ago. Stay away from this place. I'm going to copy this review on every platform I can think of to make sure as many people can read it as possible.

No push, just information and he answered a ton of questions patiently and cheerfully. He was really awesome. Turned out that going in for information and leasing a car was absolutely in the plan and that subject was thoroughly discussed, pros and cons. Everyone from the manager to Richard to the finance guy were patient and wonderful. I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata, '08 I think, back in 2010 at Lake Norman Hyundai and I had an extremely positive experience over the years with that vehicle and the dealership, et cetera. I love my car and I love the fact that I can message Richard or call is right there to help even after the deal is done the papers are signed. I made an appointment with him on Wednesday to go up and go over the myriad of features in the car and he spent two hours with me, sitting in my car out front of the dealership going over absolutely everything.

From the test drive to communicating in detail throughout the paperwork process, then sitting in the car and reviewing how to set up all the features in our new Tucson hybrid. He consistently left us feeling we made the right choice stopping in to LNH that day. Even after we noticed an unfamiliar sound after driving, he told us to bring the car back in to have it checked that same day and the service tech rode with us and explained why the sound was different from what we were used to. We have had many car purchases both being in our mid sixties and this experience by far was by far the best. We highly recommend Garrett and LNH!
