One of the VERY few shops in the area with my car. They're honest, ready to help, and are quick. Appointments are easy to grab. But, if you have an emergency and have to do a random walk-in or drop-off, they're understanding and finish as fast as they can, whether that be same day or the next morning. I think the longest I've ever waited was a day and a half when I had an emergency. The service writers are kind and understanding. They treat my car well and always do great work. When I've had to go in for tire warranties (manufacturer defect) they work as hard as they can to get you your money back. Lifesavers! I was on the way back to Columbia, SC from Banner Elk and my tire blew. I originally went to discount tire but there was a 5 hour wait. Norman Tire did not carry the tire I needed, but the staff was a step ahead and told me to buy it from discount tire and come back. I have a warranty with discount tire ($40 for a tire). Then Norman Tire charged me $38 total to install it and get me on the road. I saved some money and am on the road again. Thank you! read more

We requested new set of tires. They did not have them in stock and I had to give a small deposit for them to order them. What bothered me about this business is that they never offered to align my tires and when I showed up they wrote " declined an alignement" I explained that I was never offered one and could I have one and they said they were too busy and to come back another time. I feel like that is dishonest to write someone declined something that was never offered. Also, I was told if the tires do not get aligned it can easily void your warranty. I see this place gets lots of good reviews but I just did not leave with a great feeling about the service I got. read more

Call on 8/3/2023 at9:51 am to schedule an oil and tire rotation on 8-10 at 2:00, like have done the last 4 to 5 times I have been there. Even had new tires put on one time. But this time when I showed up 15 mins early, no appointment was found. They would work me in, but it would be a long wait. My time is worth just as much as there time. Could not and would not wait. That is the why the appointment is made. Very poor system of scheduling. This will not happen to me here again. Went somewhere else. read more

Technician was right on time and got right to work loading my very large motorcycle. It was about 95F day! At the drop off he worked ever harder to unload, since the mechanic gave an awkward location to unload. The Tech never complained about anything even though he was drenched in sweat.
