They charged me well over 100 dollars for an oil change even after a 15 dollar coupon was applied. They say that they inspect fluid levels, tire pressures, ETC. They autofilled the checklist for these services right in front of me on the computer without actually looking at fluid levels or pressure the whole time I was sitting there in the car. My advice is to not use this location. It is expensive and they do not perform the agreed-upon safety and service checks.

Go for the quick and fair-priced oil change. Avoid buying anything not related to that.

I got under the jeep to discovery oil splashed on the pan and skid plates. The person that changed the oil and filter did not wipe the pan and dripping from the oil filter change out. I cleaned the oil pan and oil filter along with double checking the drain plug. New concrete driving got out my pressure washer but the dripping did not come out as the oil soaked into the concrete. Should have changed the oil myself! It appeared Express Oil was more concerned with performing an inspection to see what they could charge me for rather than do the job I came if for correctly. They claim a 10 minute oil change now I know why.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went to Chris for a labor only brake job for rear…read morebrakes & rotors (I bought my own parts prior). I was quoted 158 for this job the day prior over the phone and I confirmed at the start of the appointment if that would be the price. My brakes were in poor shape, missing a brake pad on one side and the mechanics spent an extra 15-20 mins working on my cylinder. At the end of the job, Chris informed me that they got air on the line and would have to bleed the brakes. (I've always had my brakes bled at the end of any brake job so this is standard for me to have done whenever I get my breaks done. They told me this would be an extra 120 dollars at the end of the job. My father is a mechanic and said that price was a little high just to bleed the brakes and was very familiar with the procedure. He told me "go call your dad and ask him to send you more money." When I asked if they could take 20 bucks off and knock the price down to 100 from 120 he asked me to tell him how old I was which I thought was rude and uncalled for. I told him I was 30 and he proceeded to say "wow you look 18" and said "one day you're going to have to learn that everything in life isn't free sweetheart." When I went to his office to pay he also said I'm going to have to buy him lunch because they spent extra time working on my car than they planned. Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this shop to any woman (or really anyone) unless you want to be taken advantage of and upsold. They ended up bleeding one brake so my car would be somewhat drivable. My interior dashboard was also scratched up when I got my car back from them.
