No drama. No pressure. Just results. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he actually cares about solving the problem--not just padding a sales quota. The company as a whole is a breath of fresh air: honest, reliable, and actually shows up when they say they will. Imagine that! If you're tired of endless waiting, sky-high estimates, and feeling like just another number--call Jeff. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend.

Quinn, a highly-trained and very competent Certified Master RV electical technician was phenomenal. He came out and did a professional and courteous job. Plus, he's just a helluva nice guy. Quinn got the old Transfer Switch out and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Quinn. I strongly recommend Quinn and Temple RV to anyone who needs an honest, highly-qualified electrician working on their rig. When I return to Charlotte in future winters, if I need any help with my RV, my first and only call will be to Temple RV... no one else.

My Wife and I kept our camper at TJ's for almost two years. One of the reasons we chose this…read morefacility was because of the "perceived" security. TJ's website says you don't have to worry about people messing around with your camper, but should anything happen, TJ's master insurance policy "will make sure everything is taken care of". The website also states that they include a tire boot for all units stored outdoors. Our camper was stolen from TJ's almost two months ago in the middle of the night. The thrives breached the padlock gate, hooked up to our travel trailer, and drove away in less than 5 minutes. You might ask why the tire boot didn't stop them. Because their was no boot on the camper and their never had been the entire time we stored it there, to my knowledge. So much for security. We found out about the theft late the next day, after the police called us. Thomas, the owner, didn't give us that courtesy. When we asked what he thought had happened. He stated that although he didn't know for sure, it looked like the thieves could have used a key on the padlocked gate, which would indicate an inside job. Over the next two months, we called Thomas every few weeks to get an update on the insurance investigation, as he never proactively reached out to us. He initially told us that he had well over $100K worth of insurance and everything would be taken care of. After that, he never had any information for us except "They're working on it." He actually had the audacity to be rude a couple of times my Wife called him, almost as if he couldn't be bothered with speaking to customers of his who had their property stolen while it was in his care. Yesterday, we finally spoke to his insurance company and were notified that they would not be covering the loss. I still haven't gotten a good reason why. I immediately called Thomas to see if he planned to honor his word. He stated that he never told me everything would be taken care of. Basically, he has washed his hands of the whole ordeal and is accepting no responsibility. To make matters worse, he didn't even give us the courtesy of telling us directly, instead he called my Wife and gave her the phone number to his insurance company and said "She should call them." I won't make a recommendation as to whether or not you should do business with TJ's, but you should know that the security and insurance policy that they tout aren't as advertised and in our case, if you have a problem you'll be left to handle it on your own. We are very disappointed with how we were treated and by the ethics Thomas demonstrated.

I brought my RV in for a differential seal replacement that was screwed up by a different shop nearby. They gave me the expectations up front about how they bill their time. When they got into the job we realized that their was a damage from on the poor work done by the other shop. They recommended a nearby service that specializes in this kind of work and gave me a good diagnostic rate and an apology for not being able to complete the work. I appreciate the effort and the honesty and I know that general drivetrain repair isn't why they are in business. While I was there I had a chance to see some of their work and can tell that they do excellent RV repairs. I'll be a customer again.

I was in search of an RV shop that would be able to do repairs and modifications to my camper van,…read moreand was hopeful Triad RV Repair would meet my needs. Some of the work I had done was fine, but there were real issues, too. The biggest issue was in winterizing; they failed to empty the fresh water tank, and after a deep freeze I had water flowing out the underside of my van. Although they promised to check the van thoroughly for damage, less than a half hour after dropping off the van I received a call informing me the problem had been found and fixed. I took the van back in April for de-winterization and asked that they insure all damage from their negligence in winterizing had been caught. Twenty minutes later, they were done with de-winterization and I was told no additional damage was found. On my first trip, I had problems with leaks. Triad denied any wrong doing and fabricated stories regarding what the had done and our communications. Perhaps Jeremy simply has a very short memory.

A sandwich can't save your life. Not that I know of anyway. What if you're in a situation like me, where your right headlight went out? What if someone almost merged into you at night because they didn't see you? What if I didn't swerve and got hit and rammed into a ditch because he was a meth-head with road rage? I could have hit my head and suffered from early onset of dementia and started to often wonder if cavemen and dinosaurs existed at the same time, and if not (a more likely scenario), did cavemen have any clue that dinosaurs ever existed? And maybe I would have thought about who named Barney. And what toilets would look like if people urinated sideways. And on and on... Fortunately, Ken was there to replace my headlight. And he put some mystery substance on it to help--I had no clue what he was talking about but rolled with it for $20 total. I tried to tip him $5 but he said no. I tried a second time and he wouldn't take it. Friendly dude that knows how to change a lightbulb. My point is that Ken saved my life. Therefore, highly recommended!
