They pit the wrong drop off address, called to change it and his wife was gone. So he proceeded to tell me to call corporate. After I refused because they did the reservation and drop off location, he decided to raise his voice. I asked him to lower his voice please and he continued to scream at me in the phone saying I yelled at him first. Which I didn't, and is extremely childish. It's no surprise his wife only picks up the phone and not him. They weren't willing help me fix the drop off location after they messed it up. He just screamed at me and told me to call corporate for their mess up. Even after calling Crump,, TN and having a very nice lady give me information to give to them so they could make the corrections. I called corporate to have them help me alright. I also gave them plenty of information on this business and one of the faces behind it they have representing uhaul. This is the last place I would send anyone. Unless you like getting screamed at for other people's mistakes.

They quickly troubleshot the issue and found I needed a new compressor. It took a day to get the part which fixed the issue. The price was reasonable and much lower than what the dealer quoted. Had them do an oil change and mentioned a noise with my front right tire. They investigated and resolved the loose dust shield for me at no charge. To me, this is a Very honest business. I have gone back since for other items where I was just as impressed with how I was treated and plan to keep them as my "go to" mechanic. Stopped into Batteries Plus today and was in the market for a new battery for my Iphone 7 plus. After inquiring about a new battery the clerk informed me that the battery would be 109.99. Wow. I had rethink this for sure. About that time a young lady came up from the side and asked if she could take a look at the phone. I handed it over. She proceeded to click her way in the settings, and tweeked all she could to save battery power. She then indicated that I did not need a new battery and and set out to adjust more settings. She seriously knew her way around an iPhone. I considered this to be the best customer service I've ever seen. She was kind, delightful and polite.
