I didn't realize when the man had fixed my phone that the screen was not flush with the phone because the man who fixed it put my phone case right back on. When I had brought the phone back for him to fix it he said that there was no warranty and that he could not fix it. When I told him I would be contacting the better business bureau he then told me I could bring the phone in and that he would fix it. When I brought the phone in he told me that he could not fix it and that I would need a new screen. He then took my phone apart to show me and ruined the phone even more. My screen is not even sitting on my phone correctly and has completely ruined the functionality of the phone. I am asking to be re-funded my 100$ that he charged me to fix my phone so that I can bring the phone else where and have it fixed correctly. He refused to do so, I will be contacting the better business bureau and the attorney general hoping that they can help resolve this issue.
