Long story short, after spending $300 on a front screen and $150 on a back screen I went through 2 different replacements for the front because the first was faulty and barely covered by their "warranty". The second replacement also had issues. Genius Phone said it was "user error" why I couldn't press the buttons that were not working... clearly it was not because i had multiple people try with no success and in all my 10+ years as an iPhone user I never had this problem. Genius gave me the run around a few different times and told me to to come back on Monday. Well over the weekend i got a tiny crack on my phone and noticed a ton of scratches. So I knew they they wouldn't cover it through warranty. So I was screwed with the junk they put on my phone. Bottom line, the screens they use to replace your iPhone screens are TERRIBLE QUALITY. They crack and scratch SUPER EASY. I went over 10years without breaking an iPhone screen and I barely went 10days without scratching and cracking this "Genius Phone Screen". Tbh I feel like they intentionally dumb down the quality so you have to keep coming back and back for another $300 replacement. All in all, I will never return to this place. You're better off getting a used screen that is iPhone brand and not the cheap Genius Brand. Or just go to Apple, they will do it right unlike these guys.

The next day I left a voice mail at 1000 in the morning asking about the confusion - the voice mail was not returned. I visited the store and discovered my IPAD was ready and the bad battery was not on my IPAD but a different customer. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.
