This is a really difficult rating, as there are pros and cons and I am tending between 3 and 4 stars, but if I put this place in comparison to other places were I gave 4 stars it would not be fair to give 4 too.
We got here on recommendation of our landlord, probably we would never have chosen this place on our own, as it is directly at the sea side.
We got here without a reservation and were lucky to get a table, so if you choose to go, you better make a reservation. As a starter we had Gambas (€16) which were good, but pricey for the region. Then we had Octopus (€13.50), unfortunately I had much better Octopus the night before in Lisbon at a similar price, so I would not order this again. And we had the Salmon (€9.50), which was really good and value for money. We also had a bottle of wine (€9.50) and water. The wine was ok, but had better wine at a similar price before. In total we paid around €50 excluding tip.
The admosphere was ok, it is a big restaurant and the intention is to serve a lot of people. The staff was nice and very helpful. Would I go again, probably not, as there are more and better restaurants in the area. read more
