But the staff was friendly and we were able to get a seat without too much of a wait. I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars primarily because the offer something very unique. A vegetarian Ragu with seitan. This place is known for great ragu, which is meat based. But they offer a vegitarian version that was very good. I got a mushroom pasta dish that was very tatsy and filling. I could only eat half due to how filling it was. My wife got an Aperol spritz and I got an italian beer. If we were back in the area we'd likely stop back in to rty other options on their large menu.

He even had some sample dry pastas with him to physically show me as a little demonstration, which I thought was really nice and appreciated very much. I ended up ordering the fresh scialatielli with ragu and ricotta (€13.50), which was simple yet tasty. The fresh pasta was cooked very well with a classic preparation. They also gave a generous amount of parmesan on the side. I also tried the fresh lemonade, which was very lemony and slightly fizzy for additional refreshment. The place is somewhat small inside but I was able to get a table without any wait. The kitchen is right next to the seating area, so it's kind of cool to see the cooks right there. Overall, Tandem is a great place for pasta dishes with very friendly service.

When you walk into Di Martino with your reservation, they call upstairs and then point you the way. When you walk in, it is a relatively small space situated like a sushi restaurant with an L shaped table, and the cooks behind glass. There are 2 tables by windows. This restaurant is made for pasta lovers. The 3 chefs are right there in front of you cooking your and other customers dishes. It is really an experience to watch their love and care go into every dish. I had the risotto with italian sausage and my wife the pasta with braised beef. Both were delicious. You also get breads and a welcome appetizer. The deserts were sublime. And the Service? Unbelievable. They were so attentive, friendly, and seemed to love their work. They had outstanding recommendations for wine, and any other need you had. 10/10 easily!

I started looking around and saw that it won a Michelin award 2021. I've never eaten at "Michelin" award restaurant so I was intrigued.. Looked at the menu and saw items weren't too bad.. Also had tasting menu.. Luckily there was room for two so we were able to dine. So walk up the stairs to find small bar style dining place with chef and 2 others behind plexi glass cooking... Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ordered the tasting menu with like 5 items or something.. Did one without the wine since I don't really drink much.. 100 euro per person.. Well I saw the dishes being made and I thought Ii was going to leave hungry but I was over stuffed at the end.. So far as food goes.. Well I was purely disappointed. Most of the dishes was bland. I can't even remember the name of the dishes.. But they were all made with some fancy ingridients. Some with truffle shavings oooh. I guess my taste palate ain't made for these "fancy dishes" I was hoping to taste at least one dish that would blow me away but they didn't. Over all it was fun experience watching the chef make dishes right in front of you. Would I ever go here again nooooo. Maybe one day I'll try different "Michelin" award restaurant and I might have a different thought.. But definitely this one was disappointing and not worth the money. I gave it a 4 star foe the experience, friendly staff and their services.

As for the food, it's still the classic, good quality Neapolitan cuisine. I got the Mareggiata seafood pasta (€20), which had mussels, shrimp, and tomatoes in it. It was 3-4 star quality, as the sauce was a bit watery and the pasta didn't seem particularly fresh. I also got a babà (€6) for dessert, which is a classic Neapolitan dessert consisting of a sweet bread soaked in rum. It was decent and certainly soaked in a whole lot of rum - you could see it all seeping out if you pressed down on it. The staff are average friendliness and the service speed is pretty quick. Overall, while the food is just average quality, the nice modern environment really elevates the experience, so I am giving Sano Sano 4 stars.

Everything in Italy is healthy and clean, but this restaurant specifically focuses on healthy, clean, and varied ingredients. It was one of the only restaurants we ate at that had so many options and so many types of food. For appetizers, we had the caprese and the salmon tacos. Caprese was good, the tacos were okay - they were like wonton fried tortillas. The gnocchi with pistachio crème was sooo delicious, and my fiancée loved his spaghetti al pomodoro, simple and tasty. Would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner in Naples!
