Got a pizza to share, I don't remember the name but it was delicious. Very flavourful and it was just the perfect Neapolitan pizza we've had in Naples. Also it gave us the chance to talk and mingle with other people in our group. They gave our group a choice of pizza and i got margherita. It was by far one of the best pizza's i had ever tasted. Albeit i normally am happy with sbarros. Very authenic and rich in tomato taste. Highly recommend. Turns out they are a couple of restaurants on the way up. Happy stomach. Best part i got to eat it all by myself. Highly recommend this place.

The pizza con bufalo is amazing, as is the bufalo mozzarela appetizer. If you've never had authentic bufalo mozzarella, made from the milk of Mediterranean buffaloes, you're missing out. Blows traditional mozzarella out of the water with a firm exterior and creamy interior. Their pastas are perfectly al dente and seasoned nicely. The basil pesto pasta is especially good. The servers are very friendly, and the space is large, and utilitarian, yet comfortable. If you are staying in Ercolano, it's definitely worth a visit.

I'm going to be quick about this review…read more Pro: Good and quick service, there were English speaking waitor(s), the food was good, the location is great if you're in the area visiting, great for groups. Cons: When I go into a restaurant I usually compare the prices of pizza Margharita. I know where I live where there are NO tourist, I can get a pizza Margharita for 2.50 euro; 3 euro at the most. Ciro A Mergellina pizza Margharita was around 7 euro or so. So (obviously) a tourist area because of tourist prices. So if you're visiting and want to pay local Italian prices... Find a restaurant, compare their pizza margharita prices, and if it's over 3 Euros... you're paying too much! Happy dining!

This restaurant we read a bit about and decided to give it a go, and my gawd, if you're in Naples and don't go there they should take away your Yelp membership. It's very old school and was filled with a wide range of patrons, from family's with little ones, to tourists like ourselves, and regular locals. The service was quick, the food nothing short of spectacular, so fresh, plentiful and oh so tasty. We sat outside and didn't venture into the inside, but the vibe was so positive we wish we could jar it and take it home. Our salad and pasta dish were shared and we took the entire pizza back to our flat as yummy leftovers the following morning cold, and heated up for a dinner after a long day of exploring what Naples has to offer. We are heading back there tonight for a second experience, and can't be happier to do so!!
