I received a 90-minute massage for $100.00 - very reasonable. My massage therapist was Hannah, who had amongst the strongest hands I've experienced - great for knots and tight areas. The opening for my face was very comfortable, but not adjustable. They have parallel rails in the ceiling, which allows the masseuse to hold them, straddle you while you are face-down, and very effectively use their elbows and knees. I had had this once before and like it - although the person sitting on you may be off-putting for some. She spent a very long portion of the 90 minutes on my neck, shoulders and back. Which was great. She didn't use as much oil/lotion as I am used to, so some of it felt a bit rough, but I had asked for deep pressure and was ok with it. She also remained relatively silent during the massage, which I prefer. All-in-all, it was a very good massage. My only minor issue was I would have preferred for oil/lotion for less friction. However, I was very off-put at check out, when I handed back my signed credit card receipt with a $20.00 (20%) tip. The manager looked disapprovingly at it and said that Hannah had worked very hard because I had very tight muscles, and said she deserved a higher tip. I cannot recall ever in my life having someone question a 20% tip and suggest it wasn't enough. I added a $5.00 bill on top of the receipt and bid my goodbyes. So, be advised if you go here you might be called out for leaving only a 20% tip. I thought it was unprofessional and inappropriate - and cannot recommend this business.

Secondly several times she went in and out of the room because the front door opened and the bell went off, and then there was loud talking outside the room, and there wasn't any make up time for these interruptions. It really gets you out of the relaxation zone which is why I go there. I just like to lie down, have my back worked over and leave relaxed. It was difficult in that atmosphere. As she was massaging me she was all over the place. There was no structure or proper technique to her massage. She would sporadically use her fingers, elbows, palms and forarms. She would move from the top of my neck to to my butt and then randomly go back up to my neck. I think I felt more stressed over her technique instead of getting distressed. And not once did she work in my feet. Sorry but definitely not going back.
