Let's just say the food chain has gone down hill. The food is mediocre at best. And that's being generous. My husband did get a Rybeye that was not worth the price. But it wasn't bad either. I got the combo appetizer with , cheese sticks, potato skins. Potato skins are rinky-dink and dry. The chicken tenders were about half half the size as they used to be in the size of my pinky in length. The cheese sticks is nothing like they used to be as well. And I wish they would bring back the old rolls because these are nothing but air and kind of had a stale taste to them. Went to dinner at O'Charley's in Springfield on 1/1/2025. Have eaten here in the past with decent food and service. On this occasion the service was terrible, left waiting for silverware, drink refills and other requests that never arrived. The food was lukewarm at best, pasta was overcooked. The best thing I can say about tonight's visit is the people I was there with. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and it was " edible "... That's all I can say about it. Two people I was with ordered the club sandwich and neither one of them finished even 1/2 of it... everyone who had fries thought they were bad... one even sent them back for some fresh ones. Our host Adriana was very considerate and warm. Made us feel very welcome when we came in and greeted us with a smile. And was even bussing tables when they were busy. The food was really good and quick. And the rolls are AMAZING! And the place smelled nice. read more

Walked in to restaurant tonight at 7pm. Sign says the close at 9pm. Was rudely sat at table. Then sat and watched while no less than 5 employees all walked around trying to clean up so the could go home. After exactly 20 minutes with no other customers one waiter by the name Sal says he will be right with us. Then he proceeds to walk away. Minutes later he walks pass us again not asking for drink order or anything. Now I'm sitting watching several other waitresses and waiters and even what looked like a manager all doing their end of shift duties like the place was closing for the night and not a one proceeded to ask if we wanted drinks or if we were ready to order. We got up and walked out and I proceeded to tell the waiter that if they are not going to serve people after 7pm they need to change the sign to say they close at 7pm. Who knows, maybe I'll give them another try tomorrow as we are staying in town a few days but not likely read more

The place is arguably one of the best chain restaurants in town, and that's saying something considering my rating. I ordered the steak and ribs combo with fries and broccoli. I ordered the steak medium and this is how it came out. I mentioned my disdain for it as soon as it hit the table. The bartender and the manager who delivered the food both scurried away instead of addressing the issue right then and there. Although they could both see how the steak looked when they dropped it off. (Smh) I ate the ribs deciding I would send the steak back when they returned, after 2 bones the ribs were ICE COLD on the inside. So I sat there for 30 minutes looking at the manager and the bartender seemingly look everywhere but at me when they knew I was displeased from the time they brought the food to the table. I was finally able to get them to come back and I sent the plate back. Didn't want to try anything else. The manager then came back and apologized offering a free meal when I returned. By far the worst Ocharleys we have visited. Every time we say we give them one more chance and every time it ends the same, not good. Wait times are extremely long. If you are calling in for curbside or to go, expect to double the time they give you as to when the food will be ready. read more

Nice and very attentive waitress and the food was great! Last two times? Not at all. Tonight our waitress was Miyah. Didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer, only refilled our glasses when she brought our food, left half the order in the back, back talked my wife, didn't ask if we needed anything else, didn't ask us to check and make sure our steaks were cooked how we liked. Basically everything a waiter or waitress should be, she isn't. Did a manager come check on us? Ask how we were? Why our glasses were empty? Nope. We went on free pie night, so that was a great perk. My friend loves their caramel pie. We enjoyed their food. They have a large menu. Their atmosphere is more like a Kelly's. I liked the circle booths that they had in the middle of the restaurant area. My friend had the hot chicken salad and it was pretty spicy. They served hot bread and butter prior to the meal which is also a perk that most people enjoy (we did have to ask for it though). The food came out pretty quick. read more

The childrens grilled cheese was the heal of the bread and only one side grilled and the other childs hamburger barely measured to a sllider on a honey roll!
