Good food and great service but major problem with seating. Do not sit in first or second booth at check in station. They do not have a partition and the people waiting to be seating are literally standing over you while your eating. We had to be moved to another table. People have no respect for other people so the restaurant has to be prepared for this by adding some kind of divider read more

I am a big First Watch fan, and this location in Hendersonville is a solid option for breakfast/brunch/lunch! I've been here twice, and it's in a convenient spot with plenty of free parking nearby. Most recently, my husband and I stopped by for an early breakfast, and we had a quick and tasty meal! When I do dine at a First Watch, I usually aim to try something new since they have such a large menu. Their seasonal menu actually rotates every 6 weeks or so, and there's always something fun and fresh to try from their special selections. This time, I stuck to the healthier side of the menu, and went with the Tri-Athlete egg white omelette. This was light and very veggie-forward, which is just what I wanted for such an early meal. My husband ordered the Farmhouse Hash, which is a must-try for anyone who loves breakfast potatoes. Their multigrain toast is full of flavor, and one of my favorite things to dip in eggs or jam (or both!) I also love the AM Superfoods Bowl, although we didn't order that this time around. Our server was fast and friendly, and made sure we had plenty of coffee on hand throughout our meal. We'd definitely return to this location the next time we're in the area!! read more

First and foremost, food is great. Very expensive for average customer service and slow seat time. Don't even bother getting onto the online waitlist and expecting an accurate seat time. Either the internet is out OR they don't even go by the online waitlist. Crammed lobby area, so you can't wait your 45 minutes in comfort. Today, they couldn't text you that your table is ready. So you have to wait by the counter to hear your name be called. read more

Probably the best lunch I had while in Hendersonville! I loved my 1/2 vegetable sandwich split with a pecan salad, my 2 friends ordered another kind of vegetarian dish, and they both loved it too. I can't wait to go back here on my next trip to Hendersonville, TN, but you have to wait in line, unless you get there early, they are always busy. The food comes out quickly and servers are great making it all worth while! read more

First Watch - Tri-fecta - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Great staff but food pretty mediocre in my opinion. The breakfast meats really lack in taste. Glad to have breakfast nearby, though.

Never got to eat. Was seated by the hostess and waited for 15 minutes; no staff ever came by to bring water or take a drink order. The restaurant had at least 4 servers and a busser. The place was not crowded at all, perhaps with only 3 occupied tables. For a small place with plenty of staff, awful service. My visit was on 7-1-2026 at 1:15. I will never go back. read more

The restaurant was nice! We had a great waitress. Most of the items on the menu were unique and not your standard breakfast menu. This was a good and bad, I wish that the menu offered a few more standard breakfast items all the skillets and omelettes were a bit to fancy for my liking but my family enjoyed the fancy. My only complaint was they were so busy with a lot of take out. They seemed to focus more on getting the take out the door. My breakfast was ice cold I think because they were complete and stayed in kitchen too long. Again the take out meals seemed to be priority . I would probably try again if in that area. read more

We came on Easter Sunday morning after church, we booked a table for four. The service was quick, the waitress was friendly, and our glasses were always full. Additionally, they offer vegan menu options. This place is decorated very cute too. read more

Came by again cause this place is close to our hotel. I'm a little confused. Am I the only one who likes hot bacon? Is bacon supposed to be served cold? Cause mine was, again, served cold. This time I got the million dollar bacon. It was delicious, but had it been hot, this would have been closer to a 5 star review. I had the avocado toast. That is a 5 star dish for sure. It comes with two "basted" eggs, which seem like poached eggs to me. Might be a southern thing? Either way, the toast had an abundance of avocado and when topped with the eggs tasted like pure perfection. I had the meditation juice, which was wonderful, but was served in a dirty glass. The server brought a replacement quickly. My fork was also dirty but a quick swipe with the napkin was enough to make it serviceable. This place has moments of grandeur. read more

It was just this past Sunday where it would be the end of my vacation so I wanted to try something outside the downtown Nashville area. With friends in Hendersonville, they recommended this place. Cool little spot tucked in a shopping center. Service was good but somehow they did not have silverware available so we got stuck with plastic forks and tiny napkins. This obviously was the reason I could not give 5 stars. Food was damn good too! I ordered from the seasonal menu so not sure how many people will have the chance to review these items but let me tell you, they should be permanent items in the menu. The Bloody Mary might be premade but it was not bad. Little heavy on spice level. It does get quite busy so be sure to put your name and number in. read more

Food is good, but way overpriced. If you're eating alone, you won't get good service. They're nice, but will not revisit the table after ordering more than one or two times. Also, if you're seeking a quiet place for breakfast, this is not it. It's very small and jam packed creating a very noisy atmosphere. Also, if you leave constructive criticism on their Facebook page, the manager named "The Trickster" will respond then immediately block you before you can read the response. Very childish if you ask me. Kind of explains the lack of attention to solo diners. I've been at this location 5 times over the course of a year, and all experiences were nearly identical. If you only care about good food, this is your place. If you care about price or service, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

This is a chain so the building is as expected. Think swanky kitchen. There's tons of food options but it's delicious. The server was awesome (fast and effective). The food arrived fast and hot. It's a great lil brunch or breakfast spot just be sure to get on the bc waitlist! read more

Found this location this past Friday. What a great treat. Skipped a day and went back on Sunday. The food is yummmmmy. The first time I picked the 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich. It was perfect and generous proportions. Yesterday I chose to have an omelette. It was amazing. The service both time was very good and precise. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good place to eat. My goal is to get something different each time they have an awesome new spring menu That includes lavender French toast. That sounds very intriguing to me. read more

Amazing flavor profiles for everything our party of 3 ordered. I couldn't decide which items to get as there were many on the menu that appealed to me. I shared the eggs Benedict with my mom and loved their hollandaise sauce. Their coffee drinks were great as well. Pricing was fair and staff was friendly! read more

Let me be honest. I wrote off ever coming back to a First Watch (not this one, the Brentwood location) ever since they screwed up my order so bad and gave me atrocious service. This was maybe 10 years ago. It took me 10 years before I got encouraged to give them another try. So here I am, at the Hendersonville location and what do I think about it now? They redeemed themselves but I wouldn't say it's my favorite. But I will continue to give them my business until I find something I really like (or they mess up really badly). First Watch, to me, is like the organic foods aisle in the grocery store. Yes there's good things there but you get a feeling of being a bit pretentious shopping in that aisle. I'm not knocking organic foods at all, heck I have some that I buy but it just feels a little much. So translating that feeling, I feel like that looking at the First Watch menu. There's a lot of things on the menu that have a healthy/wholesome spin on it. I ordered the Eggs Benedict Classic and the Lemon Ricotta Berry pancakes. It was probably too much food for 1 person but I eat a lot. The Eggs Benedict Classic was good. Really good. I've never had it on ciabatta bread (I like the firm chewiness of an English muffin) but it was good, a soft chewiness. The poached eggs were a little overcooked (I like them runny when eating eggs benedict) but it still had ample yolk to cover the food. There was a copious amount of smoked ham, which is always nice. Overall, really good. The roasted potatoes were roasted potatoes. Good, soft, paired with ketchup. I'm mixed on the Ricotta Berry Pancakes. They were huge and they looked good, but I knew exactly what was underneath that hood. The pancake mix at First Watch is multigrain. I hate multi/whole grain anything. It's the grittiness that gets me. It's like tiny specks of sand and it throws me off. If it weren't for the lemon curd, strawberries, and warm syrup, I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as I did. The lemon curd really makes it here and I'm usually pretty simple when it comes to enjoying pancakes. It was creamy and added tartness to the pancakes. It made it taste "fruity fresh". So I'll probably get it again. First Watch is no longer in my blacklist. I enjoyed my food, especially the eggs benedict and I have a love-hate relationship with their pancakes. The only problem is my meal cost me 30$. That's a LOT for breakfast. I could mosey on over to Cracker Barrel for half the price. Bottom line is I'll add it to my rotation. read more

I love First Watch & this one was close to our hotel. So I placed a carry out order just before checking out. Ordered the AM Superfood bowl which is coconut chia pudding with fruit & granola. Tastes so good! It comes with almond butter toast. The chia pudding bowl here was just as good as what I'm used to back home. I ordered the Kale drink as well. It was refreshing. No complaints. Pick up was quick and easy. Food was ready for me to grab as soon as I arrived. read more

Nothing bad, nothing great either. I know this place gets absolutely packed and has a raving fan base but for us it was just average. Service was good, place was packed and loud, the food just fell flat. read more

Very disappointed with the "Super Kale" salad here. The carrots were cooked and there was no crunchiness left in them. It was as though they cooked all the nutrients right out of them. There were wilted pieces of kale all throughout the salad. Never expected the dressing on this salad to be warm, it tasted like the juice from the chicken. All around poor excuse for a salad. First Watch - Great place for brunch. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Hendersonville, Tennessee

Yelp No-Wait for the win! This place was packed with an hour+ wait, but we used Yelp no-wait for our trip here, OhMaGeerd! We were in and out the door while people were still waiting to be seated! Anyways... First Watch is a great brunch spot, so it makes sense that this place is packed. I tried the biscuits and gravy, million dollar bacon, and a little bit of my son's "kids" crepes with bananas and strawberries. It was all delicious! The biscuits and gravy were delicious! It all comes in a large hearty bowl filled with two biscuits, covered in thick sausage gravy with a pile of eggs and potatoes on the side, yum! This was a gut bomb, but worth it. The million dollar bacon is a must order for the table. Sweet and salty peppered bacon, do I need to say more? My son's crepes were huge and could easy feed an adult. The crepes were great very light and airy. But maybe a little too much for a child? The parking here is tough and I did feel a bit cramped in the restaurant, especially with the line of people crowding the door. First Watch is definitely worth a second visit! read more

One of my favorite places to go for breakfast. They make the best waffles! Try it with their breakfast potatoes and turkey sausage!

First impressions are almost always important, depends, especially if you've never been to an establishment! We live in Mt Juliet, we were going to Hendersonville to a few places and decided to find a nice breakfast there also, mind you is takers almost 30 minutes to get there, we put our names on their wait list through their website, that's what it said when I called their number, so we don't have to wait so long, never having been there it looked good, so we arrive and see that it is jammed packed , but ok we have our names on the list already, we walk in there is this customer at the podium and she says "they always get the orders wrong " the worker comes with the rest of her order and she leaves, we walk up and we give her our name and she says "ok,it'll be 30min", we were like "WHAT"?! Our names are on the list, she says "it's not a reservation", we know the but why do you have the stupid wait list?!! If you're not gonna honor it! MAKES NO SENSE!! We left, didn't have any food there and will not be back! DO BETTER ,First Watch!! read more

Not Charlottesville Virginia. The potatoes were under cooked for both dishes. The avocado toast dish had to be requested for a second time and lack the same flavor as in Charlottesville as well as preparation. On a positive note, the pancakes were outstanding. First Watch was delicious! I ordered the purple haze drink, it had lemonade and lavender, the ratio of lavender was perfect and not too overpowering! I had the farm stand breakfast tacos as my entree, they were so good, flavor of the chicken and chorizo was amazing and blended beautifully with the avocado, beans, and cheese! I added a little bit of hot sauce to them for some kick but otherwise very flavorful! Service was overall very good, it wasn't super busy so everything came out pretty quick and our waitress was very polite! The overall restaurant was a friendly place and I would definitely go again to try other items on their menu! read more

Went for a late brunch with some of my family and it didn't disappoint. We arrived around 1030 in the morning and was told it would be about a 45min wait which we kinda expected considering when we arrive. Within 30minutes they sat us at a cute little booth and our server was delightful. Super peppy, happy, and really seemed like she loved her job. For drinks we got a mimosa, some coffee and an apple juice. For the mimosa they bring the orange juice separate from the champagne which I liked so you can adjust how strong you want your mimosa to taste. For food, I ordered the Frittata Rustica with strawberries and pineapple on the side while my husband got the Power Wrap with a side of bacon. Another family member of ours got a blueberry muffin and it was probably the best part of the whole brunch My food was great, a little too much kale in mine but other than that really good. The Power Wrap was nice but was too watering and super messy to eat. Overall nice brunch spot, not my favorite ever but if you're looking for something easy and pretty inexpensive this is the spot for you. read more

Familiar with First Watch from my experience with the store in The Woodlands, TX. Unfortunately, this store was lacking, comparably. The wait was over 40 min on a Sunday. I get that. Then we waited another 30-40 min for our food because they were pumping out "to-go" orders like crazy. When we do get our food it's cold. All three orders. Like it had been put in fridge until she was ready to serve it. That, I don't get. When we inquired about the food, the waitress replied, "that's how the Million Dollar bacon comes, because of the syrup..." Then walked off not answering for the remainder of the food items. Was it an hour+ busy, no. They seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Cold food is inexcusable any time, any place. It was an experience I don't wish any one to repeat. So heed the warning. read more

Food and service are always great. This is one of the few restaurants where I crave the food and can't wait to go back.

Christmas Eve breakfast while picking up a few last minute items. Hostess was delightfully and quickly sat us. Our server came quickly and was very pleasant. We ordered the classic egg Benedict which was ok, but disappointing. The eggs were not poached. Cooked hard and really ruined the entire meal. I mentioned to the waitress the eggs were not poached. She's said "yeah... the kitchen doesn't know how to poach eggs. I cringed when you ordered" My first thought waa if she KNEW the eggs Benedict wasn't good, why wouldn't she tell me. Especially after our preorder conversation which mentioned how much I enjoy a good eggs Benedict. Coffee was good and sausage gravy biscuit was good. Ambiance is great. I just expected a little more, I guess. I definitely won't be "rushing back in" for another visit. I WILL give it another try, eventually. read more

Definitely use the app for call ahead seating, would be the best advice if you are wanting to get in. It's more than worth the wait, we were greeted and seated in a timely manner after arriving. The attention to detail and reasonable pricing had me sold. It was very inviting, and I felt like I was eating breakfast at my Grandma's house. My daughter and I indulged on the Trifecta, great choice and very filling. The waffles, eggs, and bacon were cooked perfectly to my liking. The coffee, was fresh and you get a full little pot for the table. Our server, was very thorough and did a great job. He was on top of every request, even bringing things before we could ask.
