We ordered several Different things. The potato soup was mostly cheese soup and very very few potatoes. The balsamic chicken lacked flavored. The chicken tenders were over cooked. Overall, the food lacked flavor. The waitress was great.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Went in after the dinner rush. It was more laid back and quieter.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We sat in the bar area and the bar tender served up. She was great. She was able to serve multiple people and prepare drinks as well. So nice and personable. Food is okay. It's all eatable basic restaurant food.

Just being honest about the entire visit today to O'Charleys in Tri County. We called in advance for a party of 10 and were told no problem. When we arrived we had to wait because the hostess had no idea we were coming. They were very understaffed. Once we were seated we waited over 30 minutes to get drinks and our orders taken. When the food arrived most of us thought that the portions were a lot smaller than what we were used to. I had a bowl of tortilla soup which was tasty and a half club sandwich. This is their lunch special and comes with a beverage for $9.99. The atmosphere was typical of a chain restaurant.

It's been a very long time since I've been to an O'Charley's so my husband and I decided to visit while out running errands this weekend. We were surprisingly impressed! I ordered the chicken Cajun pasta and my husband ordered the steak and salmon. Everything tasted great and we'll be sure to visit more often now.

There are a few things that you can always count on from O'Charley's: friendly staff, quick service, and delightful potato soup. Their famous rolls used to be another, but they have changed again for the third time--and not for the better. When they first opened in Harrison, OH, this was our family's favorite place to eat. You couldn't go wrong with anything on the menu. Unfortunately, our past few visits there have been a big disappointment. During our recent visit, I ordered a new item on the menu called Whiskey Chicken Pasta. My husband ordered the Steak and Chicken Tenders. The pasta was so-so. It wasn't bad, it just lacked flavor. My husband complained that his chicken tenders were cold. We decided to indulge in dessert, trying their new Strawberry Cheesecake. It was good but nothing spectacular. I used to live for their caramel pie but that too, sadly, is not as good as it was in the beginning. I love that O'Charley's is always updating their menu to keep things fresh and new. But if those changes mean a drop in food quality, I would recommend sticking with those things that you can do well, and do well every time.

Food: I love the fresh complimentary rolls. It's so warm and good. My husband and I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, sampler platter and Cajun pasta. The artichoke dip was tasty. We demolished the dip. The sampler platter came with chicken tenders, fried cheese and potato skins. The fried cheese was good. The Cajun pasta was creamy with big chunks of peppers and chicken. The serving size is HUGE! My husband and I took half our meal home. We also washed the food down with their homemade strawberry lemonade and Kentucky Mai Tai. Price: The spinach artichoke dip was $5 since we ordered it before 7pm. (They have happy house of certain appetizers for $5). The sampler platter was over $10 and the pasta was around $11. Service: Great service! The staff was friendly. Fresh rolls came out right away. Our waitress apologized for not having our drinks out sooner. She refilled our drinks at a timely manner and brought out food quick. Overall, this is a great restaurant for lunch, dinner, or just drinks and an appetizer. They have a large screen at the bar playing a college football game. The bar area is small but it's enough.

We sat right away. The service was great. I ordered the filet mignon, asparagus, broccoli, and some salmon. Didn't have to wait long. Everything was cooked perfectly! Presentation was good. Flavors were great! Especially the steak. My salmon may have been a little under-cooked. Filet was cooked perfect - I eat them rare. The butter with it was incredible! Would return again.

Nice family restraunt. We went with a large group of all ages. Handicap accessible. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The dinner rolls are wonderful... if only low carb, Haha. The server was wonderful. The only issue is the air that comes in the front door. It makes the entire dining room cold every time someone comes in or out. Luckily they were attentive and increased the heat. Kudos to management, they were on top of it. Great service and highly recommend for family dining.

The stuffed mushrooms? Yes! But the 8oz. Filet (medium plus) F*********** yes! Not only did the food serve well beyond my taste buds needs, the service was 10/10, the ambiance was, as they say, Lit, and the evening was great. If you haven't been here for dinner, stop trying to impress your partner with O'Charley's. I promise you, she'll enjoy the steak here more. ** visit the men's restroom for a weird chair **

We were surprised the place got nearly full before noon on a Tuesday. Very classy old school ambiance including an attractive bar. It was romantically dark inside. We had just come in from a blazing summer morning and this atmosphere was welcome. I had the fettuccine Alfredo with added chicken. It was comforting but the chicken was pretty bland chunks. I was disappointed it did not have grill marks as my friend's grilled chicken sandwich did. My dish would have been so much more appealing with a little bit of parsley garnish and an offer of cracked pepper. My other friend had the soup & salad lunch and the goat cheese salad was a beautiful presentation. We all agreed the food was good, though there was no wow factor - other than those wavy French fries. Our waitress was pleasant and checked on us appropriately. She also cleared up the mystery of the restaurant's name; turns out that once upon a time, Harrison Avenue was known as Market Street. We couldn't help but notice the crowd was overwhelmingly in their golden years. I am early Generation X and I felt like I was in the youngest 10 percent of the patrons. This was a weekday early lunch so I'm sure the crowd is different at other times. I would likely check this place out again if in the vicinity.

Hostess asks for my name, finds my reservation, and says she doesn't know how long it's going to be. Then another lady grabs the tablet from her and yells at her to stop seating walk ins when they're fully booked with reservations and they have no tables. Needless to say we were not seated anywhere near our reservation time. Our waitress was typical of the current terrible service in the restaurant industry. Takes order, brings drinks, and you never see them again until they bring the check. They have food runners bring the food out, so if you need anything, they just look at you like a deer in the headlights and walk away. We really liked the food, which is why I gave 4 stars. The pretzel with beer cheese appetizer is worth driving there for. The burger was very tasty and prepared well. I'll agree with other people in that it is a little too pricey. The appetizers shouldn't be the same price or higher than entrees, and the $3+ sodas are just ridiculous. I can see how some people think it's too loud in there, but I guarantee tonight was as packed as they get, and we didn't think it was too bad. I like the style of the place and the seats were pretty comfy. We would eat here again if we're in the area.
