I got ketchup, mustard, American cheese, and bacon on mine although there are many other things to put on it if you desire. The beef was absolutely delicious and cooked to absolute perfection. I would say this would be in my top 5 most delicious burgers I've had based both on how good the meat was and the awesome Sourdough bun that it came on. I also got and order of their fries which came with a dipping sauce. The fries were basic crinkle cut fries which were good but that dipping sauce was something special for sure. Kind of a mix of savory herbs and delicious flavours made a fantastic compliment to the fries. They have a big area with lot's of tables to eat at right by the food truck that offers a beautiful view of the farm as you eat. There's not one negative thing I can say about this and I offer the highest recommendation for everyone to try Chloe's.

The tots came with chopped lobster, cilantro lime sauce, pico de gallo, and a lime wedge. I'm not a tots fan, but the sauce and pico really took the dish to another level. Although I prefer french fries over tots, I will order this dish again. I enjoyed my food from Cousins Maine Lobster. I'm not sure I will get the roll again, but I'll give them another chance in the future to try the grilled cheese. I spent a little over $30 for the roll and tots. Living in FL, I have my go to places for comparable lobster rolls and dishes at a cheaper price. I understand this lobster is from Maine so there's added cost associated with that. For me, this is an once in a while treat to cure my lobster craving.

The finished meat is sliced to order on a standard deli meat rotary slicer, and goes from the slicer to your sandwich, nachos, taco, etc. In theory, this is all good, but the meat is cooked to a well done, which means it is very dry, and the slicing process seems to produce pieces that are more like shreds than actual slices of beef. To make matters worse, the beef - tho tender - isnt very flavorful The bun it is presented on is good quality, but it is stated that it is a garlic buttered bun and I didnt taste any garlic whatsoever on mine. More like a bun brushed with melted margarine. The mild catsup-y bbq sauce that is included on the side helps with the moisture issue but it also overwhelms the minimal flavor of beef on the sandwich. The potato chips also included with the sandwich help the value proposition a bit - many food trucks charge extra for sides, even chips - but these are straight from a Kroger bag, nothing special, just filler Service is on the slow side. Expect to wait 2-3 minutes per person ahead of you. They had a good flavor. It was just really dry. And so little sauce was put on the sandwiches that it looked as if none had been put on the my husbands at all. I had very little on mine. So little that there was no discernible flavor from the delicious mango habanero sauce that I taste tested at the truck. With such dry meat - some bbq sauce would've been helpful! Also, when paying $31 for two sandwiches with a side - I expected a better quality. The service was friendly and the music playing was nice.
