Mr Newberry arrived at 1:00pm and he quickly deduced the issue as being the heating element. With surgical precision he took apart the dryer, explaining the whole time why and what he was doing. I was a bit skeptical when the guy hooked up a big blue blower to one vent and said it'll clean all of the vents. He then vacuumed a couple of the air returns but really didn't go too deep. I paid the $900 but then he sticks some wand in the AC and tells me it needs to be sanitized and he can do it for another $800. I'm done at this point and politely declined. They did respond quickly and were 2x the price of others, so they took advantage of the situation, but I was desperate and was willing to pay the $3000 they asked. For this price, I expected reasonable service and equipment. Nope. Tech didn't check that the dehumidifier hose was connected, so all the "collection" went right back into my carpet! The second dehumidifier did not work, so did nothing. After I called and diagnosed their issues, they didn't take responsibility or reduce the price even after I told them to take the broken dehumidifier after the first day! Save yourself and find someone else that actually cares about their customers.
