I come here a few times to return Amazon packages when the option to return at Kohls isn't available. No need to box up the package as UPS will take care of it. There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again. Am I allowed to call them thieves?
