A bit pricey, but is the best pizza option in Las Cruces. Get a few larges and share with a group, they let you do half and half and there's a variety of topping options. read more

NYP Slice House in Las Cruces is one of our go-to spots for great pizza. The pizza is consistently delicious, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you are craving a good slice. They also have a great selection of ice cold local beer, which makes it even better. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Even when they are busy on the weekends, the staff does a great job keeping things moving. During the weekdays, it is much more relaxed and not too crowded, which makes it a great spot to sit and enjoy your meal. The booths could definitely use some updating, but the quality of the pizza and the excellent service more than make up for it. If you are in Las Cruces and want solid pizza with a laid-back vibe, NYP Slice House is worth a visit. My only suggestion is instead of charging for ranch dressing, build that into the cost of your pizzas and customers will never know the difference and they'll be grateful thinking the condiments are free! read more

Food was very dry and tough. Ordered over 50 dollars for Two small extremely thin pizzas. The pictures online are very deceptive. Called in to ask about my order, the server could give two shits about it. Order was late on top of everything. Very very overpriced. read more

At 10:30am, before they even opened, I prescheduled my order for 12pm. 20 minutes before my pickup time, I got a text saying my order has been rescheduled for 12:40. I go at 12:30 and try explaining to the lady at the counter, I don't know her name but she had long braids and glasses as was rude in the micro aggressive ways while still pretending to be polite. I guarantee that every rude behavior I list here, she will have some dumb excuse for. She interrupted me while I was asking about why my order was delayed and said "I just need a name." Didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. I asked again why it was delayed, and she wouldn't even look at me while she talked about some nonsense about how they add 19 minutes to the time. That's what I gathered from what she was mumbling, and that doesn't make a lot of sense to you or me. I restated that I scheduled my order and asked her to explain why it was 40 minutes delayed, and she said that they got 6 tickets at the same time so they had to add time to every ticket. This also doesn't make sense- because I ordered before they even opened. Unless 6 tickets were placed at 10:30am, then I think she's full of crap. Never offered even a lame excuse for an apology; not once, not for anything. I don't even care about the longer wait time as much as the rude behavior. I want to support small local businesses and am willing to restructure my errands to accommodate their needs- but at least be kind? I've worked in the service industry for the better part of 10 years. I've worked with people like her and the sour attitude that working with customers can foster. I hope she has a better rest of her day and can find joy in her work, and positively impact the rest of NYPs customer base instead of this "f the customer" attitude that just seeped out of her. Either way, I won't be back to find out. read more

NYP Slice House Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

It seems like this place has changed after their move. We ordered a pizza, assuming it would be New York style, but it was thick crust. New York style is a thin crust. This was mostly bread. read more

My husband and I have been ordering NYP for awhile and have never had issues until now. Pizza is really good, but we recently ordered delivery and the order was completely wrong. We tried to call to fix the order, but their phone number connects you automatically to an AI bot, who cannot help you with incorrect orders and told us to send an email. We did so and never received a response. Super disappointed in what was our favorite pizza place-can't even talk to a person. read more

Lousy service, I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, when I arrived, they told me they lost the order & made me wait another 20 minutes. I paid with a credit card and was charged a $2.00 fee for using a card. If you're looking for good pizza with good service go to Roadrunner Pizza. read more

Came in twice for a slice and the service wasn't great but the pizza was awesome. Nice thin and crispy slice like you'd get in manhattan. Bragged to a friend that he had to try it so we came in for a whole pie. This time service was great but the pizza was a DISASTER. Undercooked, the middle of the pizza was so soggy, I had to put it in the oven when I got home. Slice seems to be better cooked than a whole pie. The beer selection is great and it's cold too! The food was just meh for me. read more

Got a pizza on Saturday the 28th and got rubber bands with our pizza, was on about 3 slices. Just a heads up to anyone getting pizza here ! I called the same night to see what would be done, and was told I would get a call from the manager to give me a refund the next day. I never received any call back. read more

My out of town friends really like this place for some reason (I didn't have the best experience the last time I was here) so we stopped by for a calzone and a pizza. It was very busy for a Monday night and the wait for the food was about 30 minutes. The calzone was pretty good. We got the original and it was packed with cheese but didn't have as many toppings/fillings as we were hoping for. We also had a medium Americano pizza and it was loaded with toppings, but most of them were placed in the center of the pizza and promptly fell off when picking up a slice. The pizza was somewhat undercooked because a lot of the toppings were still raw. Other than that it was a good pizza. The prices are pretty much the same as the last time I was here ($16 for the calzone and $22 for the medium pizza) but the food was better so I'm open to coming back again. read more

The pizza is Very good. It's Thin Crust pizza with a good dough. Good atmosphere for a get together.

Pizza was hot and delish. DoorDash was used and it was fast. Highly recommend if you like veggies with a dash of a glaze. Yummy! read more

Fantastic pizza in a great atmosphere! Super good service too, love this place! Definitely a must stop

Pizza is very good. Prices, service very bad. They continue to get my orders wrong and don't even bother to apologize. Also VERY stingy when it comes to toppings. read more

I am a regular customer. Their pizza is good but i just placed an order for one medium and one large pizza for delivery. I received two pizzas in the same size box and each pizza was the same size. If they are going to start doing this kind of thing I will stop ordering from them. read more

We ordered for pick up and my fiancé said service was good. We didn't get the Canadian bacon that we THOUGHT we ordered, but they didn't charge us for, so no big deal. It was good without it. ordered 3 pizza - had them delivered. two were correct, one was not, the most expensive one. food was ok - nothing special. store never corrected issue. not going back read more

Expensive. Messed up multiple orders. Very tight when it comes to toppings. Ordering double meat won't help much. Still scarcely topped. Not bad taste but not worth the money to me. read more

If you walk in for takeout and they are busy, go somewhere else. Eating in is good. The pizza is hot, the service OK., the server talks to the folks at the bar.If taking out when they are busy you will wait, while your cooked pizza gets cold and hard. We love their all meat pizza but it's gotten old eating cold, greasy, hard pizza. read more

First no one answers the phones. After calling for over 40 minutes, we finally went in to order and were surprised to see at least 3 staff (2 of which were not busy). We were told they were out of medium pizzas but they had large (this is surprising for a Pizza House), but we went ahead and ordered the large. When we brought it home, found it was a 12 inch (medium size) pizza. Again, no one answered the phone. Stick to places that offer good service...and where they don't run out of their main dish plus serve you what you are told you're getting. read more

Excellent pizza. Dough is tasty and toppings melt nicely with cheese. The only criticism is they used cherry tomatoes instead of regular ones, but we ordered two medium 2 toppings and enjoyed them tremendously. read more

NYP Slice House Pizza - Half Mediterranean. Half Chicago - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

I have no idea where to start. This place used to be really good when it was on Lohman, but the quality of the pizza is just awful. It was literally nothing but cheese and toppings. Zero sauce, and charred. I understand "brick oven" pizza and how it is supposed to turn out, but the food is just awful. Service wasn't much better. It's definitely a cool location, and has that urban industrial feel to it, shoulda had a beer instead. Hate to say it but I've made better pizza better in my oven from a frozen brand. read more

Pizza was really good but the CO2 machine was broken so no soda. We don't drink so we had ice water. It's really loud but that's to be expected. The place could be cleaner, had a dirty rag smell. The men were using the women's restroom and every time the door opened you could see towels all over the floor. One man came out and grabbed some napkins at the end of the bar to wipe his hands and told the gentleman sitting at the end of the bar that there were no towels in the bathroom. Not very appealing when you're sitting in the last booth where you have a full view. read more

It was ok but it was just to crunchy for me to enjoy it I had better pizza else where

It took us about 30 min to get our pizza. Husband ordered a beer and I ordered a tea. Took us about 5 minutes to get our one drinks as the server never came back, up until we had been 1/2 way through the pizza with no drink. It wasn't busy enough for him to have brought the entire ten minutes for the refill. Music quietly plays while the games are showed throughout the area. Now let's talk about the meal. The pizza was the Old Reliable. It had potential but it was warm. You could tell the pizza had been out for a while as the pizza crust puffs were soggy. I'll try it again, but hope we get a better server. There was just 4 other patrons other than us when we arrived. So the service was no good, I have hope for the food. read more

Great pizza, salad and atmosphere. Service was good as well as beer and wine. Small and cozy dining. Will be back.

Amazing pizza, service, and fun atmosphere. I love kicking it here by the bar. The bartenders and servers are so sweet!

Excellent pizzas. Service for takeout is good. Small seating area. Serves beer. Our go to place for pizza takeout.

I came in for Lunch. There was no iced tea, and when I asked for an Americano slice, the waitress said, "We don't do specialty pizza for slices." You're a pizza restaurant; figure it out. The waitress was a complete putz. Get better people. I have tolerated the $6.95 delivery fee through the various delivery platforms. You make eating at your restaurant difficult. I won't go back! read more

We were in from out of town and a friend recommended this place. So glad we did!!! First of all this place gives you all the feels of an old pizza parlor. Crazy high leather booths and the smell is amazing as soon as you open the door. They have about 30 beers on tap and they rotate every month. Lots of locals and neighboring states brews. Something for everyone. The menu was extensive with tons of great choices. Sizes are huge and great value for the price. The crust is the shining star. It's tender but crispy, was moderately thin but held up well under toppings. Service was stellar and our waitress was on top of it all. I have no idea how this place has 3 1/2 stars because I'm a picky reviewer and I couldn't find a SINGLE thing wrong. In fact, everything well exceeded my expectations. Please give this place a shot and a good, honest rating so we can get it to where it deserves to be!! read more

We have been Friday night regulars since businesses opened back up after Covid but the customer service recently was terrible, the atmosphere has changed. First of all we walked in about 7:30pm and we were directed to seat ourselves (which is normal) and we took our seats and a newer waitress comes to our table and asks if we were informed that pizza orders are 1 -1 1/2 hours BEHIND and if we still wanted to stay. uhhh yea, we are ready to order. I'm not exactly sure what Happ to customer service of the in house customer? and why didn't the first initial waiter tell us about the wait? Then we get our food in 33 minutes.... What's wrong here? the music is BLARING LOUD and it's heavy metal as if we are in a concert! it's never been this loud. Waitress is constantly rolling her eyes and on her phone. and the floor under our table is filth, it looks and feels like it hasn't been swept in months. bring back the old atmosphere and the old staff. Good grief. read more

Get the Eddie Muenster pizza. You won't regret it. That has to be one of the best pizzas within a 300 mile range. The New Yorker was also an awesome pizza. The ricotta and mozzarella cheese they use has so much more flavor than most. This is my go to pizza joint now. Marla, our waitress, was excellent and had a great attitude. Oh, they have a decent beer selection too so how can you go wrong? Awesome pizza and a cold beer just go hand in hand. I'm so glad to have a legit pizza place here. Goodbye Dominos and Papa John's. I won't miss you. read more

Chill and good pizza. Only bummer is, they don't serve their specialty pizzas per slice. Their large and extra large pizzas aren't very much, we ordered a large pizza between me and Emilio. Or maybe we're just fat asses for pizza. I don't know, but it's a bit much for such a large pizza that looks medium to me. Pizza flavors, I can't knock down tho. Pretty darn tasty. They have good beer selections. Wine drinkers, they serve that too. Good deals on beer. Amazing choices. I tried the pineapple beer with tajin on the rim, it was phenomenal. Taste like beer juice. It was delicious. Also, great place to watch the games . read more
