Dion's Pizza - 10" Gourmet Crust Duke City - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Always amazing!! Great food great service period! All the way from Las Vegas NV straight to Dion's

I heard about how good this place is when we still lived in Washington. So we had to give it a try! We got it to go. We tried a meat pizza and a cheese one. The cheese was my favorite. We got a chef salad too. It was fresh and I loved the eggs in it. Very tasty! read more

Absolutely disgusting pizza. They gave me the wrong order. It was supposed to be a green chili pepper pepperoni pizza they forgot the green chili. It was old and stale overcooked, and there was no sauce on it. I'm never going back again. read more

Great meatball sandwich! Always busy & delicious! My husband likes the turkey sandwich.

Pizza special is to die for. Green chili is the best topping. Manager informed me they dropped my pizza. Remade my order and for the wait gave me a coupon for a free pizza on my next visit. Will definitely be back when I'm in town again. read more

The gourmet crust pizza's are amazing usually great customer service, sometimes the wait time for a pizza is a little excessive

We both got the small pizza with the toppings we wanted. Lots of topping and a yummy crispy crust. Honestly the best pizza I've had I a long time! I'm sad that we're just passing through and won't be able to get this again anytime soon. So very good!! read more

You won't find better prepped pizza or subs in town. The salads are prepared with fresh ingredients that will please

Ordered a pizza for takeout. It was ready on time. The place looks like it has nice seating, but no table service. Pizza was ok, very bready crust and generic sauce. I like NY style pizza and this was not. read more

Good food, service, and price. The inside was neat and clean as well for dinning in. The staff were all super friendly, too.

I'm from Los Angeles and we have many pizza places we can choose from and there is only one place that competes against my personal favorite and this is this place Dion's. Wow. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and jalapeño pizza and it was off the hook. Dough, right amount of sauce, hard bottom dough and ingredients were fresh. I also ordered a small Cesar salad on the side and that also was very good. I totally recommend it. read more

Dion's Pizza - Medium size pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Absolutely the best. Great staff. Pizza, subs, and salad -- all good. In decades as a consistent customer, I've never had a bad meal. When it comes to great food, Dion's is a no brainer. read more

I know Las Cruces isn't known for pizza... But this has to be the worst pizza I've ever had. The amount of grease on the pizza made it barely edible. It was almost slimy and all the veggies on the pizza were not fresh. The most disgusting thing we ordered was the garlic bread. These people must've just gone to the grocery store in the bread aisle, cut the bread in half, And just put it in the oven. There was little to no seasoning or anything on top. This has to be some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my entire life, and I've lived in six states...not to mention, it cost $45 for garlic bread, a large pizza, and a small pizza. Absolutely insane! Avoid at all costs. read more

We haven't eaten at a Dions since we moved from Albuquerque. We were very pleased with the service, food, and seating Great location, plenty of parking We had thin crust oil brush carnivore with extra cheese pizza. It was just as wonderful as I remember. I do miss the whole wheat crust, but this was delicious. There is plenty of each meat type and lots of cheese. Excellent job read more

Best around period! So glad and appreciative that they built the EL PASO Ave. location

This is what a 5-star review encompasses. I could eat the whole pie if I wanted to. Every bite is bursting with flavor. Send my regards to the kitchen please. Worth the drive from El Paso, always. read more

Great salads, subs, pizzas. Always the best of Las Cruces. Quick service at drive thru for call in orders

Great pizza, salads and sandwiches. Great for large groups too. I like how one, especially the kiddos, can watch them make the pizza through a special platform and window. Plus, they have drive through! read more

First time here, after 30 minutes waiting for a small pizza. They told us, they still had Not made our pizza. Not sure what happened. Needless to say we will Not be coming back. Got our small pizza 1 hour later! Ughhhh read more

Great pizza, prompt courteous delivery. I be used them several times and will continue to eat there.

Excellent! Their food is above average for this area. Their pizza is super yummy! The sauce is good, their cheese is chewy and the crust is delicious. Their garlic bread is really good and they have decent meatballs. Their subs are excellent as well. read more

I just sort of happened in on Dion's tonight. I knew nothing about them previously but I'm sure glad I wound up going! The young woman at the drive through was very nice, welcoming and professional. I was also glad to see that all of the staff in the kitchen as well as my server were not only wearing masks (in compliance with the state of N.M. COVID prevention guidelines), they were wearing them correctly. Much appreciated Dion's! About the food - I was stoked I could get a gallon of freshly-made Arnold Palmer and am enjoying some right now. The meatball sub was great and the roll for the sub was outstanding. I've got to let things settle a bit before I tuck into the brownie but it looks delish as well! I'll be going back! read more

Dion's Pizza - Meatball sub! - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Food here is always amazing. It has a cafeteria vibe but the workers are always kind and pleasant. I like going here when I want a quick, cheap pizza slice. Try the Greek Salad! read more

Dion's remains a nice place for pizza, sandwiches, and salads in a casual atmosphere. I stopped in for lunch and found Dion's bright, clean, and efficient as usual. This is about as pleasant and comfortable as it gets for an order at the counter and pick up your meal when you are called kind of place. There are a lot of comfortable booths and tables and chairs if you prefer. The service was pleasant and of course the prices are quite reasonable. Today I ordered a MEATBALL SANDWICH with chips and a large lemonade. It is really nice to have a place that serves meatball sandwiches in the southwest. The lemonade was good and refreshing, but not outstanding. Rate the lemonade a B. The meatball sandwich came with a little cup of warmed marinara sauce. The six meatballs were very good but could have used a bit more Italian seasoning....but perhaps I'm being too picky here. The bread was really good with a slight crispy crust. It was fresh and delicious. The sandwich was put through the oven before being served. This was a really good meatball sub....rate it a B+ or A-. Would order it anytime. Overall, I've upped my rating for the Dion's dining experience to FOUR-AND-A-QUARTER STARS...meaning very good. For the cost (and factor in no tipping) Dion's is hard to beat. read more

Great restaurant for dine in or to-go. The drive thru is very convenient when your in a hurry. Turkey green chile sub is great, salads are excellent and their pizzas are amazing. In fact, my wife will only eat pizza from Dion's. Overall you can't go wrong with anything from the Dion's menu. read more

Slice and a fountain drink for $5? Sure. It's not the greatest pizza you're ever gonna have. But it's a nice slice for lunch. The Italian sausage was bland. I will try a different topping next time. Note the slice special isn't one of the specialty pizzas. They charge by the topping. The subs folks carried to their table looked great! They had a nice salad selection. Two sizes too! Stand in line to order. They call your name at the pick up counter. Bus your own table. Food comes out pretty quickly. Good spot for lunch. There are a lot of sandwich shops up off Lohman. This place has a bigger variety with salads, pizza etc than those. We'll be back. Maybe try a sub. Maybe feel 4 stars then. read more

My "The Special" pizza was soggy, greasy and salty! Also, looked like someone took a small bite from the crust. And, was denied Parmesan cheese when asked for......Normally, this pizza is good, but for some reason, not good this time. Will not go to the El Paseo restaurant again. read more

Too bad you can't post without a star. People think the place has some redeeming quality. I couldn't place an order unless I downloaded their application onto my phone. Sorry but they must have enough business that they don't need mine. I was willing, to order and wait in the parking lot. I left instead. read more

I had stopped at the Lohman location in Las Cruces coming home with my grandsons. The pizza was delicious as was their pastrami sub. Make sure you order the extra meat and cheese on their subs. It's only $1 more per item. Sub rolls are the best I have eaten. Four star rating was due to cashier making it more difficult than it had to be to place the order. This place is very nice and not that busy. read more

Went to Las Cruces for lunch today running errands. Called in after seeing it was super busy on Google Maps, and ordered ahead. This place has a drive thru and it's so convenient! Dion's pizza was delicious, got the 505, with half pepperoni and half green chili pepperoni, they messed up, made a whole one and so redid it. Manager came out and hand delivered my pizza, apologized for the error, and gave me a brownie for my trouble. Excellent service! read more

My husband I drive ourselves to Las Cruces just for their pizza and yummy salad! One hour drive worth it!I love their Gourmet chicken salad, as vegetarian i simply ask for the chicken on the side (husband ends up eating it) so it doesn't taint my salad it's spring mix lettuce, pecans, bleu cheese crumbles & my favorite raspberry vinaigrette! As a side we each get our own slices and go crazy on the toppings! Must try if in town! read more

Dion's Pizza - a closeup of the label - Pizza Near Me - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Pizza is decent but not worth the hassle most of the time. Staff is polite enough, but service is horrible. Ordered on the app and was given a pickup time 40 minutes later. Showed up on time and was told pizzas were JUST THEN going in the oven. If you order online, add about 30 minutes to whatever it says the wait time will be. Plenty of other places for pizza locally that are way easier to deal with. read more

I was introduced to Dion's earlier this year during a trip to Albuquerque. When I found myself driving thru Las Cruces I had to stop. The bread is great, and the service is spectacular! Pastrami & Provolone sub is great. I wish they'd expand to Las Vegas, NV! read more

Downgraded now by one star. We don't ALWAYS get Dion's, but it is our favorite. Because sometimes you just don't want gooey cheese sliding off your pizza. Dion's tends to be over cheesy. For some of you that may be a good thing, not here. I don't like pizza for the cheese, I like it for the sauce, crust, and other toppings. Cheese is just a garnish. But this last time it was off the charts gooey. Along with the gooey cheese, the green chile topping that we got was soaking wet. It soaked down through the sauce and through the crust. It was utterly disgusting. Who throws chile on a pizza when it is wet? read more
