We had a great experience with Valley Pizza! We were coming into Las Cruces from a long roadtrip, and wanted something convenient to grab on our way to where we were staying. We easily placed an online order, and although we arrived before the order was scheduled to be ready, it was all ready to go for us! We ordered two pizzas and the garden salad. The pizza was delicious, we loved the hand tossed crust! The salad was filled with fresh veggies. And although we did take out, the ambiance was wonderful with a fun atmosphere on the patio. Highly recommend! Next time we'll eat there and enjoy some drinks on the patio. :) read more

I must be honest. I don't know how this place is in business. Ill start with meatballs. The sause is very bland. Meatballs I describe as TV dinner quality and taste. The pizza is always on too done side. I would say burnt. The dollar delivery means it's guerenteed to be cold. One thing I must add. Didn't complain. Until after third overdone pizza. I was given credit for pizza. Called to reorder. Was told then I couldn't just order pizza replacement must order more. So,I did. But, it was second time trying wings. A few years ago, I tried Valley Pizza and it was delicious, almost like NY pizza. Unfortunately the 2nd and 3rd time, the pizza was terrible and this was 2 years ago. If you order online, they will give you a time to arrive. If you add twenty minutes to that time, and then arrive ten or fifteen minutes AFTER that, then you'll probably have to wait no more than half an hour to receive your order. If counting the number of facial piercings and tattoos on restaurant staff is a favorite past time of yours, then the wait will go by fast. But if you're one of those weird people who like to receive your order in a timely manner BEFORE the people who ordered after you, and you don't respond well to obvious nonsense such as, "we're just waiting on your order to come out of the oven" (after they told you the same thing verbatim fifteen minutes earlier) then this might not be your place. Today was our first time here. We dined in. We ordered a XL meat pizza, chicken wings - Mild and spicy bbq, a house salad and a chicken Caesar salad. It fed four of us and we brought home leftovers. The pizza had a thin crust. The decor was really outdated and the pictures that were hung up were crooked. I'm not a fan of the yellow paint but if you can look past the hole in the wall spot it was pretty good. Apparently have live music here sometimes too. read more

Happy to see their bright song as we returned to Las Cruces from a long day filming. Stopped by and ordered a few slices and beer. They were in the process of making a new slice crust but at least we knew it would be hot and fresh. Sat in an overlit and austere dining room to wait. On my trip to wash my hands I noticed an almost hidden door and through the window I spied a delightful looking patio. We grabbed our drinks and went outside. It was packed which explained the puzzle of the full parking lot yet we were the only table inside. There was live music, a full moon and perfect weather. When the pizza arrived 10 mins later we sat and enjoyed it right there. As promised it was hot, fresh and the crispy crust was perfect. I had cheese with tomatoes and fresh basil. My boo is a carnivore and assured me the pepperoni was equally delicious. Nice folks , great pizza at a good price and free live entertainment. Well done valley pizza. Well done indeed. read more

we love the food and service at Valley and have been frequent customers. We discovered yesterday that call-in orders for pick-up must be prepaid. If you prepay by credit card, Valley applies a surcharge and you no longer get the first responder discount. we have always paid in cash when we picked up our order. In order to get the discount now, we would have to order and pay in person and then wait 15 to 45 minutes for our order. Unfortunately, this change will mean that we will go elsewhere in the future. read more

While I was waiting, they were loudly swearing and started talking badly about a customer who had just left. Valley Pizza on Picacho is a great joint! We found amazing deal of $5 for a hefty fresh pizza slice with a can of cold beer, among other affordable options including sandwiches. Last Saturday night we chilled to the sound of The Pizza Bones band in the spacious patio (we would have danced if we weren't so full). Even with a tip to the band, my companion and I had an evening of fun for $25. Grateful to find a fun place we can go to on the spur of the moment. read more

Not sure why I have not done a review on Valley Pizza in the past. I have ordered here several times. Everytime I have ordered from here the food has been outstanding. Wow, ordered a pizza and they gave it away and never told us. We waited in the car for over an hour (they were busy) and no one ever came to tell us. Also, we tipped $5 on $18 for a 10" GF pizza, (yes a 10" pizza) and this is how they treat us? Never coming back. read more
