The place is just fair although I experienced a 20 minute wait for a undersized plain burger so it goes I guess. The woman that took my order was like Here go wait and I'll call you had a rather cold demeanor, the place isn't for me but it's cherished by the locals so sometimes we have to live with what we got I guess. I however am going to try their Mexican items next and maybe I'll have to revisit this review. read more

Like clockwork every time we go to Go Burger we call before and even look up opening hours before we go...yet somehow it's never open upon arrival. We take to account that sometimes restaurants take time to prepare and open. However by 8am-12 pm it's either still closed or its closed for the day. Its always the same issue (maybe it's just bad timing) and I start sepulculating that maybe they just don't want to run a business anymore. I started coming here because this was my man's favorite for burritos and the deals are super affordable. This man has lived in town all his life and he really loves his burritos and has commented that Go Burger has really gone down hill. As a fresh customer I realized the quality and the service is really poor. They don't even bother to portion correctly I ended up having a burrito mainly packed with rice LITERALLY a thick chunk and a quarter of meat for a rojo burrito...my goodness the attitude also given when we make an order is held with absolute carelessness and disrespect for our business there. Mind you we have gone there about 4-5 times spread out periodically because of service. We stopped going there since then and now we go to Si Senior Express. Fuck that place! read more

Everything has changed for the worse since Go Burger changed ownership a few years ago. Their posted hours of business are meaningless. It's become a hit or miss proposition to find them open. My last four visits (always on work days, not the weekend) have found them to be closed with no explanation. My last visit found them out of ingredients for a bacon, egg, green chili, and cheese burrito at 10:00 AM on a Thursday morning. Last week they were closed on Wednesday before the four day Memorial Day weekend. I have been a regular customer for more than 30 years and complained to the current owner yesterday. She told me it didn't matter if I was unhappy with her "service" and that she didn't care if I came back. I won't. read more

I love this place. Simple food but satisfying. I had the relleno burrito had it hasn't changed at all since my first one 30 yrs ago.

I stopped in at Go Burger for lunch and grabbed a couple of their "Texas Sized" burritos. They were not too busy and my order was ready in about five minutes. The service was pleasant and efficient. The prices for the size and quality of the burritos were amazing! Two huge and delicious burritos for $14.00 including tax. Best deal in town. The red Chile burrito was filled with pork and some small bits of potato. It was not as high on the heat scale as I've had them in the past. The flavor was real good but not quite exceptional. Still, it was delicious...rate it a B+. The green Chile meat Burrito had lots of meat and more potato than the red. It had a good bit of green Chile in there. The overall flavor was very good. An excellent tasting burrito...for $6.50 you can't beat it. Rate it an "A-." No indoor dining here but there are metal tables out front. Really good Mexican food at great prices. Horrible service waited for 25 minutes for service at the drive through and went to the window to knock and honk my horn but nothing. Still no service when I did that so left if your open from 8am to 3pk on weekdays you should hold you end of the bargain and have workers present.... read more

We are regular Go Burger customers but I am very disappointed with my experience today. We ordered a burrito with red chile but when we got our order it was made with green chile. We tried to eat it anyway but after 1 bite it was just too hot. We went back to the window to point out the mistake and see if they could redo it. The lady at the window got very nasty with us and told us it was our mistake and continued to argue with us. Absolutely appalling customer service!!! My last few experiences have not been as excellent as in the past. Their key item, for me, is the Relleno burrito, which used to be filling and served in a nice big home made tortilla. Over time, the contents have become increasingly smaller, as the price of the item has risen. I've taken to buying two and combining the contents into one tortilla (which now ends up costing me over $10). Last time order I received had only two small chiles inside each giant tortilla. Just a good old fashioned burger. Not even sure what makes these burgers so good. Maybe it is the shredded lettuce with mustard, maybe it is the fresh grilled patty, maybe it is the thick crunchy bacon. Whatever it is they are good burgers! They have odd hours and long lines around lunch time. But if you want one of the best burgers in town, it is worth the wait. The Mexican food, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. The red enchiladas tasted like California enchiladas. If you don't know what I am talking about, that is an enchilada with tons of onions and (or) olives and a salsa or brown sauce, not red chile sauce. My gringo California parents made enchiladas that tasted like these and they were just gross. Their rice is kinda "off". Some of their other Mexican food is just.. ok (Rellenos and burritos). I am rating this place mostly on the burgers which are some of the best in town. read more

Itz not what it use to be. First they give you a number, mine was 104. Then they called my number so i got off my car to get my order and the lady insist that she hasn't called my number yet eventhough another customer told her that she did.when i go for my order again, she drops it on the floor. After about 45 minutes i finally get my order. I ordered the nacho supreme when i opened it at home it was about 10 tortilla chips with chili bean and sliced jalapenos. I was on a hunt for churros. Only my all time favorite dessert. My yelp search helped me to find Go Burger. I went to the drive through and ordered the churros. They are $2.75 for two. Well since their my favorite I ordered two orders of course. As soon as I got them I drove right in. Warm and sweet with vanilla filling in the middle. Can you say Perfection? The food is good but the price is a little high. The wait is horrible, I waited 45min for a chile relleno w/ bean burrito. I approached the window 2 times when finally took them less then 2 minutes to make the damn burrito. The lady was rude and said my number hadn't been called yet then finally she looked at my ticket, sheeeesh. The drive thru window is worthless you drive up order pay and they still have you park and u have to get down when they call your number. It only took us about 15 minutes to get our food. The chili cheese fries are delicious, with a spicy kick to them.
