The way they schedule your fence project is their scheduling team will reach out to you when it's a few days from them having an opening. However, Kyle Herling was the project manager I worked with and he was very responsive to my emails which helped a lot. Communication is key to making your customers feel satisfied! The guys on site doing the work were also very kind, shoutout Tony! He had me walkthrough the project before starting and was receptive to any feedback I had during the entirety of the process.

It looked fine but I was waiting for another company to come out before I decided. I replied that I would get back to them the following week. Tuesday the 18th, I emailed saying I wanted them to do the work, but I had a couple of questions. No response to this email. Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I believe future potential customers should be warned about the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously I have moved on and am looking forward to reviewing your competitor.

The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. Will definitely use them for any future fence projects. They were punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the result!

Back in February 2021, they built a cedar pergola and Trex patio at our old house--in just seven days. It was so fun to watch their process that I was honestly disappointed when the project wrapped up! Fast forward to April 2025: we brought them back to build a cedar storage shed attached to our house and install a new concrete pathway in the front yard. Even after I changed the design and scope mid-project, they still delivered everything flawlessly in just five days. Once again, it felt like they had just gotten started, and suddenly, it was done--beautifully. Wyatt, Sterling, and Jakob are true craftsmen and genuinely rare finds. They're earnest, collaborative, and clearly take pride in their work. I recommend them without hesitation and am already brainstorming more projects just so I can hire them again.
