The way they schedule your fence project is their scheduling team will reach out to you when it's a few days from them having an opening. Now, this could be a week or could be two weeks as it just depends on how busy they are. However, Kyle Herling was the project manager I worked with and he was very responsive to my emails which helped a lot. Communication is key to making your customers feel satisfied! The guys on site doing the work were also very kind, shoutout Tony! He had me walkthrough the project before starting and was receptive to any feedback I had during the entirety of the process.

I had a fence installed a couple months ago. Workmanship appears high quality. The installer…read moresuggested increasing the height of the fence to limit any steps. Came out great. The work included a half fence to limit visibility of some equipment in the yard. This portion had a small issue flagged by the city inspector. It was fixed within a couple weeks. Communication after signing the contract is not great. Basically they stop responding to emails, even when they are fine with the content. Improving communication would really go a long way to improve the experience. In contrast Cisco fencing has no problems repeatedly calling customers. I believe I got more than 4 calls/texts in an hour about an issue. I was on a work zoom call. I still got calls after I took care of the issue. Cisco will not respond to customer questions but will expect you to communicate at the drop of a hat.

I just sit back and stare at how good it looks!  Communication is timely and professional. Wyatt quickly sent over a rendering of exactly what we spoke about over the phone so we could visualize our project.  Craftsmanship is excellent and you can tell by the way Damian, Sterling, Jakob and Wyatt work that they know exactly how to execute to the plan. Even custom adds we asked for were done precisely how we described them.  What sets them apart from other companies we have used is that this is truly a family business. Your working with Wyatt, Damian, Sterling and Jakob. You see what they have done on previous projects and know that is who will be working on your project. Other companies we use have had issues with employees leaving the company and we were stuck with the B team. With Reformed you know exactly who you are getting which is top quality!

Last time we had this done it took a couple gents about 2-3 hours to do the whole job and they were gone. They scrubbed off some rust, primed small areas, and painted and gone. This time we're excited to recommend this group who took 3-4 days (mind you there were 4 of us getting job done) and the process was the difference. The prep work of removing rust in full, the primer on the entire fence, the precision of welding out small areas that needed small attention, and the precision of welding the larger panels that needed replacing gave us a perfect result. We had panels replaced (4 as I recall) but the rest were okay and ALL look brand new!! The price was fair, the work was excellent... If you need assistance for anything that their crew handles, do not hesitate to call Alex! Doesn't matter where you live, they definitely work all over DFW. The real benefit here, as far as I'm concerned, this is gonna last a lot longer. I included some pics of the fence...which I know looks like a wrought iron fence, but I tried to explain the difference above.
