He checked & located the leaks & problem. The sealer wax on the bottom was disintegrating & the drain pipe also has some leakages. He fixed that & put in new sealer wax, plus corking was made around the bottom sealer wax. Also fixed the problem on the master bathroom toilet, put in new flapper & tank lever. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterwards . I am happy about the bathrooms now. I would highly recommend Thistle for any plumbing repair!

Spoke to Donato and texted pictures to get an estimate. The recommendation was to fix both anchor stops and supply valves based on the condition and professional advice that the other one that's "good" will soon cause problems. Advice taken and showed up within the 30-min timeframe. Donato is a complete professional: he put on shoe covers before entering, laid down the necessary bucket and materials neatly, and cleaned/hauled away the old pieces. As a courtesy, Donato also checked the water pressure and recommended installing a water regulator sometime in the future. It's great to find a professional plumber who has transparent pricing, shows up on time, clearly communicates the issue and resolution, and well-mannered. He does the work himself, not just sending some other person after speaking with the plumber. We'll be using Gopar's Plumbing going forward.

Armando had me send photos and video to see if I missed shutoff (lots going on-pool filler, irrigation, water filter, fire sprinklers etc) so I wasn't left without water in house. They came same day to cap the pipe and fixed issue next day. Gave me updates by text when they'd arrive. They installed shutoff, redid leaking pipe and replaced actuator. Also tightened my kitchen faucet. Fair price, and very nice. Highly recommend. I've had terrible luck with services since moving to my house, also so happy that when I called a person answered, not an AI assistant that just wasted my time and doesn't get any of the info correct.
