Beware, Beware, this horrible company is run by Jews from Israel. Their sales men are Jews from Israel. They stole Tens of Thousands of Dollars from me and never finished the work they started. They laughed at me and said we have your money, there is nothing you can do. Buyer Beware! This Company is NOT professional when you are in need of help. Beware of this company and its sales men, they will tell you everything you want to hear. This company lied to me about a lot of things. Make sure the contract has everything you want done exactly to the Tee, and make sure it is written correctly. Make sure you read it before you sign it, the Israeli sales men will change the words on you, like he did to me. Again, they will go strictly by the contract. And everything they verbally said will be as it was never said. This company is looking to cut corners as much as possible. NOT to save you money, but them. I had to learn this the hard way. They put on my roof and never put down any tar paper. They promised me over and over my new roof would not leak, and that they had the best workers and products.... LIE! Now my roof is leaking all over the inside of my house. Trying to deal with this company is like pulling teeth. The owner has a really bad attitude towards customers once he has your money. He and his associates will call you and harass you, over and over again for weeks on end. I truly believe they are sociopaths. They even use phone numbers that show up as spam calls on my phone. So now I had to hire a lawyer and go after NW Builders in court. Beware! This company will bid your project at a very, very high over priced repairs cost. Make sure you get a second appraisal before you hire this company. It will save you lots of money. Plus their carpenters are NOT as skilled as I was promised. Buyer Beware! Also "a little birdy" told me they pay unsatisfied customers hundreds of dollars if they write a positive comment and give NW Builders 5 stars review. We chose to work with NW Builders & Renovation to renovate our bathroom because we had a great experience with them 2 years ago when they remodeled our kitchen (I still love it!) The bathroom is beautiful. We are very please with the design and with the very professional work. Also they were responsive to my questions and concerns, giving me quick answers and explanations as well as help in determining several changes in the plans. One proviso, there were some delays slowing down the completion of the the work, so try to ensure that they can move ahead steadily when they start. Each person involved with the project ( Moshe James and Ofek) we're all professional, always helpful, always on time and each one really knew their area of expertise. There are no mistakes. A large tree root raised the concrete floor in the garage. NW Builders used a subcontractor to chip out the old concrete remove the tree root and repair the garage floor. The sub did an excellent job, so the garage floor looks good. However, during the repair work the garage door sensor was knocked out of alinement so the door would not close. As hard as I tried, I could not correct the alinement problem. When I reported the problem to NW Builders, they reported it to their sub and together they had a garage door company out and the problem fixed before noon that day. Best news to report is the garage door fix was done at no additional cost to me. I have twice used their services. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and accommodating. It was completely painless. Yaniv, the project manager, was not at all pushy. The roofers arrived on time, did a great job of cleaning up, and billing was simple. I was generally very satisfied with the experience and the cost was significantly less than the other quote I received. Although I have no idea what high-quality roofing looks like, the sunroom is no longer drenched in rain. Although I do think that if I had a problem, I would update this review. My home is in Fircrest, WA built in 1907 and at some point in time, the previous owners removed the roof eves/overhangs. NW Builders and Renovation was prompt in offering a quote for installing overhangs, removal of wooden shingles, new planking and new roof. Their roof crew was excellent, extremely professional and diligent about their work and recommendations. The work too a bit longer than expected because of some unforseen challenges and more impressive is that they did not run up charges because of this. We purchase a manufactured home that ended up with very serious water damage beneath the floors. The floor / subfloor / floor joists , wall structure was compromised. NW Builders and Renovation stepped up to the task, and did a very good job of evaluating what needed to be done, ordering materials, replacing all the damaged structure wood and siding. They were very easy to work with as they didn't get in our way, and we didn't get in their way. We were all working on our own part of the larger issues. Maya did an excellent job from providing a detailed quote, scheduling the work, and following up that the work met our expectations. This job was a standard shingle roof replacement; tearing off the old roofing and installing the lifetime GAF system. The workers know how to install the roof properly and were meticulous in their work. We did find a few metal staples and nails after the cleanup. Considering the mess that's made tearing off an old roof, they did an excellent job cleaning up. They showed up early so they could start working right at 8:00AM.  This crew was amazing.
