And I am so glad we did! They did a phenomenal job! After all of the work they put in and the attention to detail, the cost was more than justified. They say you get what you pay for.... I believe that we truly did get what we paid for and then some. This company has been absolutely amazing to work with. They are extremely communicative and go above and beyond. Richard, the lead contractor on the job, worked with me on every aspect. He would let me know when people were coming, if they weren't coming (we had some weather delays) and always showed up to get make sure all was going according to plan. He always responded immediately if I had questions/concerns. They even, at our request (and their creativity) were able to also reuse our hardware and fixtures. They painted the items and they looked brand new! I will use them for any house project I have going forward. They do outstanding work!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

Additionally, the floor is detaching from the baseboards. To make matters worse, they caused damage to my dishwasher and took two large granite slabs from the property without explanation. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I would not recommend their services. We are not surprised by your arrogance and denial, we want to warn others to be aware! What a joke. After finally agreeing to a reasonable price he promised to drop off a check the next day. Instead he showed up two days later with a check for half of what he promised. When I texted to ask why he had gone back on our agreement he told me to "lose his number." This is my experience, but you have been warned.

I had a water leak that resulted in new floors, new carpet, sheetrock and painting. Everyone was very professional and attentive. This was the first work I have ever had done to any house and was very pleased with the outcome and everyone involved.
