We contacted a number of companies for quotes--all of which were obscenely overpriced. Not to mention some of the people we talked to at these companies were just down right arrogant and rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend found Elliott. Despite how busy they were, Eric came out right away and was able to give us an extremely affordable quote (a relief for us new home owners). But most importantly, you can tell he is a good, honest person. He was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We were originally planning to replace just part of the fence this month but had another urgent repair come up, so we will be using Eric and his team to replace our entire fence this Spring. I will provide an update once our fence is finished. But I wanted others to know about the positive experience we've had with Elliott Fence so far, especially after our negative experience with 5 out of the 6 other companies we received quotes from. If you're looking for honesty, integrity, EXCELLENT customer service, quality and affordability, look no further than Elliot Fence.

We called a few companies but weren't completely happy with most of them; either the prices were too high or the salesmen saw us as dollar signs. Luckily, we ended up discovering Elliott Fence and we couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of the company, Eric, personally came to our property and provided a thorough explanation of the types of fences he provides, answered all of our questions, and gave his honest opinion on which type of fence would be best for us. We ended up going with a standard side by side fence with trim and staining, but my girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the results! The new fence is not only beautiful, but provided some much-needed serenity and security for both us and our dogs. A few days after installing the new fence, we were inundated by a heavy storm that caused some minor issues with the new gate. Eric promptly had his team make some necessary adjustments to the gate and it's working better than ever! Thanks again Eric and team! We'll be recommending Elliott Fence to everyone we know, and we hope to do business with them again!

Last time we had this done it took a couple gents about 2-3 hours to do the whole job and they were gone. They scrubbed off some rust, primed small areas, and painted and gone. This time we're excited to recommend this group who took 3-4 days (mind you there were 4 of us getting job done) and the process was the difference. The prep work of removing rust in full, the primer on the entire fence, the precision of welding out small areas that needed small attention, and the precision of welding the larger panels that needed replacing gave us a perfect result. We had panels replaced (4 as I recall) but the rest were okay and ALL look brand new!! The price was fair, the work was excellent... If you need assistance for anything that their crew handles, do not hesitate to call Alex! Doesn't matter where you live, they definitely work all over DFW. It seems I am one of the last remaining neighbors on my block that does not have a gate for my driveway. I took a look on Yelp and found that these folks are close and convenient so I called for an estimate. So far in my estimate gathering I have found that their pricing seems pretty fair. They were not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive. That impresses me even more because the metal they use on the frames and the motors they quoted me on seem to be of some of the top quality that are available currently. I also like that they repair as well as install, as I want to utilize a company that does both. My time with the estimator was very pleasant. He was professional and informative and he made sure I was aware of things I, or anyone shopping for gates, needs to be aware of before purchasing. I have not made a final decision yet, but when I do, I will update the review of the company I end up going with, along with photos on my new gate!
