Glad I walked in here today! Got to sample Fiburn today without even expecting a drink made for me! I thought I was just going to get a powder sample---I got a nice cold drink during my visit, and I got a shaker cup out of it too! Kudos to Ryan for being extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products sold! He even helped babysit my 3 yr old while I got my body composition analysis done! Awesome customer service! This was my first time at this place. As I walked in everything was so neat and organized. Cristian was very patient with me and he went out of his way in explaining what I needed to do to get back into shape. As he was talking to me, more customers started to come in so I told him that he could help them, but he insisted on helping me since he already was, so that made me feel important and it just wasnt about just selling the products. He made sure I understood and was happy with everything!. There is a machine that I had to step on which weighed and measured my BMI, muscle, etc. He gave me a printout and explained what it was about and it was free!!..you can even sample the protein shakes so you know how it taste before making a purchase. That just kind of hurt my feelings. I walked in an empty store with one customer at the register, and they seemed to be talking about the product but then they started talking about modeling careers, and being a preacher and blah blah and I am standing there for 10 minutes and haven't even been acknowledged by the big buff guy with glasses. Finally another worker comes in and for some reason I thought he was going to help me because he spoke to me, but he left within 5 seconds. Finally the other guy leaves and I just know it's my turn, standing near the register, still haven't been spoken to. Lol then he answers the phone, he doesn't ask them to hold just to check if I'm ok or anything he begins fully engaging with the person on the phone. That kind of stuff is degrading.
