He has an office manager and we could communicate via text to Valery, phone to the office or email. Timing was a bit complex because another contractor was installing paving where the spa was to go. And we had a third crew digging the trenching for the electrical line in the evening after the yard was dug up and before pavers were laid. Valery and his office manager coordinated and made themselves available when we needed them. He also stopped by after hours to make sure the digging guys knew exactly where to dig. I think, all told, Valery must have come over five times to check on the project. He also made a trip to the spa store to make sure he understood how to hook up our particular spa. I can't imagine that any other electrician would spend so much time and attention on our job outside of his actual electrical work. Despite the extra trips, he held firm on his original price. And he's such a nice guy!

They installed the anti-tip bracket, positioned the range perfectly, shined it up, and cleared out all the packing materials. I had a great experience with Geoff at Williams Electric. I was dealing with serious voltage…read morefluctuations throughout my house--lights flickering, appliances losing power, and outlets reading abnormally high or low voltage. Geoff quickly identified problems at the service connection where the utility power enters the house, repaired the loose connections and grounding issue, and carefully checked the main panel and subpanel. He walked me through everything he was testing, tightened several loose connections, and confirmed there was no heat damage. After his repairs, the voltage immediately stabilized around 121-123 volts, even with the microwave running under load. The lights stopped dimming, the stove stopped resetting, and the microwave began operating normally again. Geoff is clearly a highly experienced, old-school electrician who knows his trade inside and out. He was thorough, straightforward, and focused on fixing the actual problem. He also gave me helpful guidance about the permitting and compliance work that should be addressed next. I would absolutely recommend Williams Electric.

The technician walked in without introducing himself, then, while I was writing the check, asked about my cat and started walking toward the back of my house without permission. The electrical issue was fixed, but the behavior was incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company.

These people are extremely professional and know their installation procedure very well. I am very happy with their work. They did an excellent job of installation and haul away of my old KitchenAid refrigerator. I have explored around for to haul away of the old fridge and installation of the new fridge, but couldn't find anyone in the East Bay. West Pro Installation, owner gave me an estimate and successfully completed the work within the estimate. In fact, they didn't charge for the Water Pipe Line. They have gone above and beyond in making sure that the complete installation is done as per client's satisfaction. The West Pro Installation folks have also negotiated a delivery date based on my convenience and pulled in delivery date by a few days. Throughout the installation, they were extremely careful that wooden floor is not scratched. I am very well satisfied with their overall work to the extent, I will have them installed my next appliance. I highly recommend West Pro Installations.

Lastly, Jason does not have a Contractor's License which is required for the installation of major appliances.

Boyes was the third quote we got, and the amount was fair and accurately estimated the cost for the job at hand. Sal, who was our account person, came out to the house and gave it a thorough walk through. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed and made a few very helpful suggestions about adding lights, telling us what was required versus optional. As a woman, I sometimes have had experiences where I felt I was being overcharged or up-sold unnecessary products or services. I NEVER felt that way with Sal or any member of his team. The guys who came to do the work were prompt, did a good job communicating the process and timeline, and the job was completed on time (two weeks) and on budget. Neri was particularly helpful day to day and quickly brought any unanticipated issues to us for discussion and approval. Every member of the team were respectful, very friendly and pleasant, and were careful with our home and its contents. Even though it is a somewhat messy job, they did a great job cleaning up and patching the holes that were required to run the new electrical. (For those getting this work done, know that many companies don't rough patch the holes that are required; Boyes closes all holes and leaves it in a state where only sanding and painting is then required.) I will use Boyes again if another electrical issue comes up. They were great!

Both experiences were outstanding. From start to finish, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. They took the time to answer questions, explain the work being performed, and ensure everything was completed correctly. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and attention to detail. Communication was prompt throughout the process, scheduling was straightforward, and the work was completed efficiently. The crew treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of workmanship and service provided. It's becoming increasingly rare to find contractors who consistently deliver on all fronts, but Boyes Electric exceeded my expectations every time. I would not hesitate to use them again for future electrical projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused electrical contractor. If you're looking for top-notch electrical work backed by excellent service, Boyes Electric is an easy five-star recommendation.

The broken down car seems to be their go-to excuse. I was beyond fruatrated and asked to speak with the company owner and the manager refused!!! I mean this is when an owner needs to step and and provide proper customer support after so many failed moves on their part. Now I will say that the two technicians who came (Fabio and another gentleman) and Flavio (I think that was his name from their phone service) where extremely polite and understanding. But the company is run very poorly unfortunately and they delay you for sooooo long. I'm beyond frustrated that I wasted so much time and have to start with a new company but it is worth it after the poor customer support.
