Absolutely 5-star service. The technicians who visited our home were among the most knowledgeable and professional I have encountered. I work with many repair companies, and I can confidently say that WM Appliances stands out for its commitment to thoroughly diagnosing and resolving problems rather than looking for reasons to blame the customer, installation, or other factors. Their team replaced critical parts and even provided sensors to monitor our malfunctioning refrigerator over several days to better understand the issue. That level of diligence and professionalism is rare. I could not have asked for better service and highly recommend WM Appliances. read more

Horrible horrible ..please don't waste your time and go with another company that doesn't have so many complaints about the same issues as I mention. I waited over a month to get one part for my freezer. I couldn't use a freezer for one month and they told me if could very possibly take over three month for them to take my over door and repair it. Imagine having no freezer and no over door in you kitchen for over three month. I had three appts...first one was supposed to by 8am and they showed up around 8 pm saying their car broke down. Imagine having to take the entire day off waiting for them. I waited for the entire four hours agin for the third appt, when they were finally coming to fix the freezer, and they never showed up!! Zero calls or notifications...they just had me waiting for nothing. . The next day they claimed it was another broken down car. I asked why no one contacted me and they didn't have a response. The broken down car seems to be their go-to excuse. I was beyond fruatrated and asked to speak with the company owner and the manager refused!!! I mean this is when an owner needs to step and and provide proper customer support after so many failed moves on their part. Now I will say that the two technicians who came (Fabio and another gentleman) and Flavio (I think that was his name from their phone service) where extremely polite and understanding. But the company is run very poorly unfortunately and they delay you for sooooo long. I'm beyond frustrated that I wasted so much time and have to start with a new company but it is worth it after the poor customer support. Refusing to allow me to speak to the owner was the final straw!!! read more

I am not one to write negative reviews, but after three separate experiences with this company, I feel compelled to share our experience. Our current dishwasher has been broken for a month due to a draining issue. The repair has required three visits, with weeks-long delays waiting for parts and scheduling. Each visit has taken several hours, repeatedly disrupting our work and family schedules, and we still don't have confidence that the issue is resolved. The latest technician showed up after their 4 hour window that we cleared and stayed 3 hours, effectively taking up 7 hours of our day. Their technicians are completely clueless, relying on calling the central "professional technician" 10+ times per visit to consult on what to do next. My husband caught the latest technician pouring water out of a bucket into our sink while it drained into the under-sink cupboard, unbeknownst to the technician, and had to stop him from flooding the whole kitchen. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. In 2023, we had the same dishwasher repaired by this company and were without a working dishwasher for more than a month due to scheduling delays, repeat visits, and extremely slow parts procurement. Even worse, we had the exact same experience at a rental property, where our tenant was without a working dishwasher for a month after the company ordered the wrong part on the first visit. Three separate experiences, across two properties and several years, have resulted in the same pattern: long delays, repeat visits, incorrect or slow parts procurement, and extremely unhelpful customer service. At this point, I have zero confidence in this company's ability to efficiently diagnose and repair appliances. If you have a choice in who services your appliance, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

The communication with WM Appliance is outstanding. Shout out to James Brian! When contacting the company James always got back to me via text right away and answered all my questions. The service team was excellent. They arrived on time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the oven that needed repair. They walked me through what they were going to do, careful to respect my counters and floor. They took extra time to vacuum out the interior of the oven where cobwebs had settled. I appreciated that because it was not an area I could access without opening up the grate to the oven's interior wiring. They completed the job quickly and asked if I had any questions and if I needed anything further. I certainly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend this appliance repair company. read more

Worst appliance repair experience I've ever had. The technician came three times (one diagnosis and two repair attempts), yet the dishwasher never completed a single cycle successfully. Each time he declared it "fixed" and left without waiting to verify the repair. During every visit, he was constantly on the phone speaking in non english language, seemingly relying on someone else for instructions instead of confidently troubleshooting the problem himself. He left water on my kitchen floor without cleaning it up, causing me to slip. After weeks of wasted time, the repair request was simply canceled and I was told to call AHS. Three visits, no repair, poor workmanship, unsafe cleanup, and zero accountability. I cannot recommend this company. read more

On time& on point! The tenants were very satisfied! This was a seriously leaking bathroom faucet, in a family setting. I wasn't there but as long as the tenant is happy, I'm happy! read more

They show up in cars, no uniforms, no ID, no tools. They text you one thing, you take off work and no show, then they delete the text so if you use them screen shot everything. They were assigned to me by AHS and my appliance is still not repaired. They are undependable and very unprofessional, on one call you could hear a young child screaming in the background. As a previous folks have commented, they are either incompetent or scammers. I would be curious of they have a license with consumer affairs. read more

I would avoid this company at all cost. The technicians leave their trash and do not clean up after themselves. I was told by whoever answers their phones that they are not required to do so and it is the customers' responsibility to discard of the replaced unit ( compressor) and their trash. It's unacceptable. read more

WM APPLIANCES - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Timely and nice staff. Phone number to call could use for staff; long wait lines on the phone.

Unfortunately, we thought our American home warranty was sending reputable technicians to fix our appliances and after 2 visits from Alex and then a new company was sent for the 3rd visit to try and resolve our ice maker issue, all was made clear. It's not my role to know what is going on. WM declined the request for the 3rd time so a new company was sent. I explained how they first replaced the water line, then installed a new ice machine, and still no ice. The new tech & company, William, removed the bottom piece to the fridge and instantly he knew what the problem was: the wiring in the door had been severed and that's why the ice maker was not working, the ice maker didn't need to be replaced but the entire freezer door. The MMAB tech recommended to American Home the fridge should be replaced which I am in the process of doing, but my additional gripe is the amount received was reduced by the three visits plus materials installed. I felt WM should be held accountable for the misdiagnosis since it seems they were just troubleshooting since they knew they would get paid and it cost me time and money towards having a full working fridge. I would not recommend this company. They seem nice, but I don't know if they really know how to fix appliances efficiently plus they leave behind their debris in a pile. I have other home services and they always take it away with them. I have made American Home Warranty my disappointment with this technician referral and advised they should vet who they send. There was a similar negative review 10 months ago. read more

WM APPLIANCES - This is the issue that was missed! - Appliances & Repair Near Me

WM Appliances was assigned to us by AHS to help with our dryer. From the moment we were assigned, we received a call to schedule an appointment. The appointment was only a few days from the initial call. Our technician was Daniel A. He was amazing every time he came out. He did initial fixes when he arrived, placed orders for replacement parts, gave us a time frame of what to expect. When the parts arrived, we got an email to schedule a follow up appointment online. The process was extremely efficient. Daniel came back out with the replacement parts. Then, he found another issue with our lint remover, he place another part replacement order, when that came in, he came back to fix it. He was very thorough and communicated expectations well. He did really quality work and cared about his work product and told us to reach out if anything came up. This was a tech that cared about what he does and we were impressed. The company was efficient, quick, and professional. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists pretending to know how to repair Dacor ovens and microwaves and after 2 paid visits say they can't repair Decor. This held up our repair for 2 months. Plus, they don't return calls, their phone system cuts ou off and disconnects you. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! read more

I highly recommend WM Appliances! My dishwasher repair was assigned to WM Appliances through my American Home Shield warranty plan. As many know, working with warranty providers can be hit or miss depending on the contractor assigned--but I was very pleased with the service I received from Daniel at WM Appliances. During the initial visit, Daniel quickly identified that a replacement part was needed and clearly communicated the next steps. Scheduling the follow-up appointment was simple, and he returned the following week as promised. Although the repair turned out to be more complex than expected, Daniel remained professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the process. He successfully completed the repair and tested everything to ensure it was functioning properly. Excellent service from start to finish--thank you, Daniel and WM Appliances! read more

WM was assigned to us through our home warranty. We've found contractors assigned through home warranty extremely hit and miss generally. WM is by the best we've had. Duran was our technician and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Service was way beyond any other contractor we've had through our warranty. If you have AHS - request to be assigned these guys. read more

After working with a big company where they failed to render complete services (paid almost $600) - so glad Will was able to come through. He and another staff member of the company, were highly professional. Quick to respond for timely matters, very skilled at what he did for us, and 100% integrity in doing what we requested. We had a broken dishwasher appliance, and discovered there was some sort of water leak issue that appeared to be related to the garbage disposal in the kitchen. They were able to arrive in a timely manner, kept good communication during the whole process, uninstalled the appliance, later picked up the old broken one, installed the new one. Total came out to be $280. Despite my worries something might go wrong during the process, they eased my worries by being highly professional. WM Appliances has been a lifesaver. They will absolutely be in mind , for any future sudden appliance repair or replacement/install operations. read more

Good work, would like them back. My home warranty company gave them to us because we needed certified GE repairman.

These folks are either incompetent or scammers. American Home Shield (our home warranty company) sent them to repair our washing machine. They needed to order parts. After over 3 weeks we haven't seen or heard from them. AHS told us there was a problem but they would have the parts yesterday. Well, no word. They don't answer their phone. Awful. read more

Never use this company irrespective of going through insurance or not. Totally unreliable in quality of service, response and the workmanship. Used this company to fix a noise issue in my refrigerator. They charged $500+ to replace several parts and the technician Willian said now your refrigerator is a s good as new. In three months, the same problem came back. They aren't much responsive now. After repeated requests and calls, they sent a new technician who said that they need to redo everything again as those part(previously replaced) may have defects. Let's see where we go from here. I will update this space as it progresses. read more

One advice - stay away from this company. They don't know what they are doing and they are dishonest people. They are just wasting your time, energy, and money. I would leave no star if that was an option. They were sent to my home by my home warranty company to repair a refrigerator. They visited several times and they were late every single visit. They tried to diagnose the problems with my refrigerator but couldn't identify the problem which had caused them to revisit multiple times (including one time no show which was blamed to a system issue) After wasting more than a month with them, they literally told my home warranty company that they couldn't identify issues as there were multiple WM appliance technicians involved and they don't want to be responsible for each other's works. I don't know if they are in collusion with the home warranty companies to cheat customers or what. Otherwise, Just couldn't believe how a business can survive. read more

One of my burners hadn't been working for months and I finally called WM Appliances for a repair. They were the first to respond from the Yelp quote requests and gave a very fair flat rate quote for the work. They were able to come out the same day, but I used their website to easily schedule an appointment for later in the week. Willian arrived in the appointment window and got right to it. The stove was fixed quickly and didn't require any parts. He was very honest and explained that he wasn't going to charge me for a full appointment since it was a quick job. I appreciated him not overcharging for the work. And he did a great job. Not only repaired the damaged burner, he also cleaned out the others so the entire cooktop is as good as new! I'll be calling again for some other repairs around the house. Thanks WM! read more

Terrible experience working with Willian. They sent him here from the home warranty company and he gave me the run around for weeks, saying he was going to go out of his way, do me a favor, replace my kitchen fan, complete the job, blah blah blah. He was also very rude on the phone to both me and the warranty company. Months later my hood still wasn't fixed. I had to cancel the whole order and pay out of pocket. He kept blaming it on being an electrical issue despite being sent here twice by American home shield. I thought he was pretty rude, dismissive, and unhelpful overall. Would not recommend. read more

Not sure these folks want my business. First response to my inquiry about installing a Bosch dishwasher was good: I booked an appointment online and the tech was able to come a day before. He seemed concerned about getting some minor installation hardware, but said he'd get back with answers and scheduling. It's now been a week (not counting July 4th and 5th). Given their phone menu, I think they get most of their business from home warranty work, so jobs like mine are low priority. If you have a home warranty, sure, give them a try. read more

Our dishwasher was broken (perpetually draining) and we were put in contact with WM Appliances through insurance. Willian came over twice - first to diagnose the issue, and second, with a new part, to fix it. The issue took a few weeks to resolve, but Willian was easy to contact, and thorough, and effective. Logistics: He provided us a 4-hour window during which we was expected to arrive on a certain day, and I made sure to be home. He called when he was 30 min out so I could be prepared, which was super helpful. I was able to text and call him during this time and he was prompt in responding. I had some miscommunication about a meeting time the second visit and he was gracious enough to reschedule to the long weekend, driving up a long way to us. That was really great of him! Knowledge: Our first meeting was a trial-and-error diagnosis during which he also provided tips and tricks to caring for a dishwasher; that was super interesting and appreciated. Effectiveness: After about an hour of cycling through some theories and testing, he noticed a damaged part and gave clear nexts to fixing the issue. A few weeks later, after he got the new part, he replaced the part quickly and out issue was fixed. Thanks Willian for helping us and good luck for your ventures in Texas! read more

Unfortunately William installed our dishwasher incorrectly. He didn't connect the drain output to the disposal as it should be, instead he connected it to the air gap, so whenever the dishwasher drains it comes out of the air gap and runs into the sink. Worst service and not worth. No good technicians work here and everyone just waste the time saying fixed but nothing works. Even after 3 weeks and 7 visits they cannot fix or listen to the customer concerns. All are always in rush to leave after 3 hours of work which is of waste because they dont fix the issue and will have to keep calling, the appointment they say is from 4 to 8 PM but come only at 7:30 and leave without fixing. If we ask they say they will call police if we dont let them go. very rude service. Makes you frustrate and goto hospital to get checked for all concerns. Apparently they sold me the wrong part for my dryer because the rollers did not fit. Luckily William said he might have parts at home. He went home and came back and he had the right OEM parts for our dryer. Now our dryer is running smooth. We got so lucky to have William help us out. I will recommending him to all of our friends and family need needs help with their appliances. He is very honest. Thank you William. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. It's been three weeks since the initial assessment and they have not communicated with me at all. They have also not returned any of my messages (which I left per the VM instructions). The one time I got through, I learned it took them 4 days to order the part for my washing machine. Visit/initial assessment was on 1/8/25, and they told me they ordered the part on the 12th. Since that was a Sunday, I'll go with the order not going out until the 13th. I called for an update at the end of the week and no one returned my calls. An entire week later (1/21) I spoke with my home warranty company who contracts with them. According to their records, WM had rescheduled a return visit with me on a date that had already passed. That was a lie. They never contacted me and according to all records, they didn't even have the repair part to even schedule a return to do the repair. The home warranty company also said according to a follow-up conversation the next week with WM, WM was just THEN placing the part order. That was a full week AFTER the 13th. How is that possible that someone told me the part was ordered on the 12th/13th, and then a week later they tell the home warranty company it had just been placed? In fact it still hasn't arrived as I type this review on 1/27 and it isn't "estimated" to arrive for another four days. Absolutely awful customer service. I am definitely telling people to not use them. read more

I needed a quick fix for my GE dishwasher. It was still under warranty and was scared about appointment availabilities. WM Appliances was recommended and I was able to get a same-day appointment.
