Kyle arrived and trouble shot the problem and determined that the motherboard died. New one ordered. Kyle installed the new board... NO JOY IN MUDVILLE!! Checking... rechecking.... Honest business... I said I needed them to come look at my dishwasher that wasn't draining. I was told to first check the air gap next to the kitchen sink for clogs, as it might save me a repair bill. I did and they were right. The dishwasher in my rental unit stopped working and could not be repaired. I naturally figured Costco was perfect for finding a replacement. The existing dishwasher was 34" high so I ordered one that was 33.5" high. No problem, right? Wrong. The Costco delivery contractor said it wouldn't fit. I ordered a second dishwasher that was even lower in height than my previous purchase. The Costco delivery person again said it wouldn't fit. I turned to Kyle at Jeb's Appliance. He said a basic Whirlpool unit would work and that he was sure he could make it fit. I ordered the model he recommended (also 33.5" in height) from APD. He picked the unit up and voila! My old dishwasher was finally replaced! He said it was a tight fit but he managed to install it without damaging my tile floor or surrounding cabinet. I wanted to be a customer and give them my money, but they were too honest. I'll have to settle for being a future customer. I texted Jeb's Appliance today (per guidance from their outgoing vmail message) and they were quick to respond. I told Kyle what the problem was with my gas stove top and was asked for a pic. I thought that was a strange request, but I thought maybe they wanted to better prepare for their visit. I sent the picture later on in the day after I got home from work. Again, a quick reply with instructions of how to remedy the issue. I follow said instructions and my the gas stove top was working again. So in the end, they were honest and help me solve my stove issue without wasting my time, their time and without charging me. I will surely call them from now on with any appliance needs. I love this business! From the moment I called and Spoke to Robyn on the phone. She answered all my questions, and was able to schedule a technician to come out and install my stove range top on the next business day. We had just gotten a new stove and oven just in time for Thanksgiving, but with no time to connect it. They were able to get out here three days before Thanksgiving. When the tech arrived Kyle, he was very friendly, considering I made him wait 20 minutes because I was stuck in traffic. He did a very thorough job including bracing it for earthquakes testing the gas flex line for no leaks. Even gave me a quick demonstration of myself but last but not least he even set the clock! My household has had problems with our fridge for quite some time, with the back of the freezer developing frost to the point where it blocks airflow and I must manually defrost. I was a little worried trying to find someone to work on my dryer because so many aren't honest and reliable. We have used many repairmen over the years. Kyle , who owns Jeb's Appliance Repair, is fantastic. He is punctual, communicates by text effectively and gets the job done. Our 2 1/2 year old dishwasher stopped working and provided error codes... Kyle ordered and installed the parts ...still not working. He wrote up a bill explaining the problem. Allstate insurance states they will reimburse me for the purchase price and the incurred repair costs. Therefore we ordered a new KitchenAid from Home Depot. With A 5 year extended warranty. I was nervous about finding someone to work on my refrigerator because in the past we had so many problems with bad service and crazy costs. Jeb's service was excellent. How often can you say that you look forward to having a repairman come to fix something? Well, once Kyle has fixed your ailing appliance, you'll be hoping for another breakdown just so he'll come back. There's no one more adept, more personable and friendly, or a more trustworthy fixer on the planet. We have a house full of 30+-year-old appliances that we've put off replacing until we do a full kitchen remodel. So we call Kyle once or twice a year to breathe new life into whatever appliance has died. It takes him about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem. He's quick, efficient, and keeps you apprised of the progress at every step along the way. Best of all, he under-promises and over-delivers, always going the extra mile just because he's a good guy that way. When he came to fix our dryer, I mentioned that our other ancient appliances were still limping along (he's worked on several of them), although the oven had a serious problem keeping a constant temp. Before even looking at it, he diagnosed the problem, went to the oven and showed us the fix, all done gratis (don't tell his mom). Sure, it took just a few minutes, but it saved us a repair call and more than a few batches of burnt cookies. There is absolutely no way Jeb's Appliance could be any better than it is. read more

I have a double oven and the top oven was not coming to temp. I called and spoke to Kyle and he first gave great suggestions for me to try to trouble shoot the problem before he even came out which I appreciated. He had suggested things I had read online so I knew he was spot on. Nothing worked, so he came out and was able to get it up and running in no time with a quick trip to APD for a simple part. Trustworthy service and advice!! Over the past few months we have had two different issues with our refrigerator and called Jeb's appliance. They were able to help us fix our first issue with the ice maker over the phone and over the weekend said our newest issue wasn't worth buying the part and fixing. They were right! Kyle is a GEM! This is how service should be!! My dryer wasn't drying so I called Jeb's Appliance. First Kyle gave me tips on things I could do to troubleshoot. Since my dryer needed more professional help than what I could do, I asked Kyle to come and fix the problem. Before coming he gave me quotes on the possible parts cost plus his labor. All costs were completely transparent (amazing!). He let me know when he could come and was punctual and let me know as he was getting close. Once he arrived, he fixed the fuse and didn't create 'extra' costs. Instead, he gave me tips for better care of my washer and dryer. Cleaned the back of my refrigerator too!
