What was even more disappointing was his extremely rude and disrespectful behavior in my home. I politely asked him to remove his shoes. In case he did not want to take them off, I even provided shoe covers for him. He refused those as well, saying, "My shoes are clean." This was my home, and I believe asking a service professional to remove their shoes or wear the shoe covers provided by the homeowner is a very reasonable request. His attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He did not even partially complete the job. He simply left the equipment there and walked out. As he was leaving, he sarcastically said, "If you like it, great, byeeeeee," as if the whole situation were a joke. I have never experienced this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism from someone coming into my home to provide a service. If a company cannot respect a customer's home or complete the job they were hired to do, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Stock is always changing, so you never know what you might find! And if not exactly what you're looking for, try again the next week! I can't say enough about how great Jerry is. He listened to all of my wants (and complaints about the dryer my landlord supplied that was leaking gas). He really knows his stuff! He could tell what was wrong with the old one, but it would cost more than even a new dryer to replace the part! He can also do repairs! We went to the store in the afternoon and had the installation the next morning!! He delivered from Hayward to Oakland, up a five-step walk-up porch, did full installation (supplying the tape), and took away the old one!!! All by himself! I had removed the bathroom and laundry room doors to fit the machines through and he even offered to put the doors back for me!! The dryer started making a noise the second time I used it and he came out the next day and fixed it (it was an easy alignment fix). No fuss! What stood out to me was their experience not only with appliance installation, but also with countertop cutting, including Corian, which is what we have. When I called Paul, he was already booked about two weeks out, so we scheduled the next available appointment. He provided a four-hour arrival window two days beforehand and arrived within that timeframe. Paul and his team member professionally cut the Corian countertop, installed and secured the new cooktop, and tested everything in less than an hour. The cooktop fits perfectly and the finished installation looks clean and well done. They also went above and beyond by taking away the cooktop box and plastic packaging and bringing our old cooktop down to the garage for us.
