The rice was a beautiful brown color, not that bright yellow. It was so extremely tasty, the beef was tender and savory. The ribs were tender and delicious, with a well-balanced flavor. It came with an egg roll that I gobbled up. Next time, I will try the chicken wings (I was watching a guy cut them up and almost added them to my order) and some roast pork egg foo young. If my next experience is as good as the first, I will be picking up food for dinner next time my wife wants Chinese.

Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back! No dining in is available. Credit cards are welcome after $12.50 payment with additional surcharge of 50cent.

This one has some the pictures of the entrees in spanish due to Orange being a heavily latino populated area. I think this is a nice touch and compliments the welcoming attitude the owner had. The food was Solid. More or less the up to par American-Chinese cuisine we know and love.

The young man who usually answers the phone informed me that I couldn't just order roast pork, but that I could order roast pork with Chinese vegetables, hold the vegetables. I got then and have since gotten other things that I wanted that weren't verbatim off the menu, but it got easier once I realized that any custom part of an order order would typically be read back to me in different words or with different phrasing than I used, though however it's read back usually winds up being equivalent. I wouldn't really call that a complaint, just something to be aware of. And the food is *great*. So I'll keep coming back.

Being in the area, seeking a high protein meal, I decide to check the eatery. The sauce of the Spare Rib Tips is really tasty. One familiar with rib tips may know the type of rib tips may vary (one with more or less bone/cartilage as well as of different sizes and proportion with/to meat). In this instance, the actual meat qualities of the rib tips are inconsistent; a couple of rib tips have meat that are warm though texture wise seem to be coming from cooling off ice; a few rib tips have meat that are tough and chewy; a few rib tips carry a candy sweetness and a fatless tender softness of which resonate with tastier bites, to me; and, aside from the meat, a few rib tips have brittle dark gray bone points which one may make a marrow inquiry of. I think the rib tips may benefit from kebab treatment so the heat may evenly spread, with an appropriate heating apparatus/method. Having the option to prepare rib tips on the spot for takeaway orders may assist with addressing rib tips' (perhaps other food options') quality as well. The eatery accepts different forms of payment. The eatery offers a variety of indoor seating options.
