They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. They completed a major amount of work at my home, including installing two new toilets, repairing leaks at my hot water heater, washing machine, and second bathroom, completing a full home water repipe, installing a new main water shut-off valve, and replacing my shower heads and shower knobs. Every job was done with great attention to detail and quality workmanship. What really stood out to me was how honest, hardworking, and respectful everyone was. Jose took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was done right. It's not easy to find a plumbing company you can truly trust, but Jose and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for reliable, experienced plumbers who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend JV Plumbing. Thank you, Jose and your team, for the excellent work!

Jose responded promptly, asked for the relevant info and photos, and was able to give me a quick estimate right away. He then sent Ivan who texted to let me know he was on his way and the ETA. Long story short, Jose and Ivan helped us out big time on a busy Friday morning. Their team is refreshingly responsive, considerate and stuck to both the quoted price and time! Got the job done right, made good suggestions but never tried to upsale anything. How cool is that! Will definitely recommend to more friends and family.

They started to perform the install and wanted to divert the overflow pipe so it drained into my garage. The lead guy said this was normal. After they left I noticed they did not replace the flue pipe that was used to set the water heater in another location and instead just curled it up. Did not look like it was done to code. Overall questionable work. Tho add to this, they drained the hot water into my front lawn and now I have a brown patch. They did send out another guy that fixed the flue and properly connected the overflow. He was obviously embarrassed about the previous work. Would not recommend.

Brandon went the extra mile and helped me iron out details like where to get specific parts from and was available to jump on a call and walk me through the repair. That level of support was so unexpected and so reassuring. His advice was critical since the parts I was looking at home depot weren't really compatible. Thanks Brandon and water heater doctor. Hired this business to install a tankless combi-boiler for hot water and radiant floor heating in…read more2023. He unwired the existing TACO thermostat controller and could not re-wire it to get it working again as it was before he started the work. He constantly complained about the radiant floor installer and put them blame on them, but the system worked fine before he ruined it. I called in a different plumber to service the system in 2025 and found that the wrong expansion tank was installed. He installed a potable expansion tank on the radiant heat side of the system and did not install an expansion tank on the potable water side. The system was also missing a heat release valve and the exhaust for the boiler was not properly sloped for the condensation that the system creates. I would not recommend this plumber.

I had an exceptional experience with AAA Water Heaters. When our water heater encountered issues,…read moretheir arrival was incredibly fast, and they got straight to work without any delay. What I appreciated most was that while working efficiently, the technician took the time to explain exactly why each repair was necessary. He quickly replaced the flame sensor and the igniter, getting the system back up and running in no time. He also noticed that the pressure in our underfloor heating system was insufficient, which could cause air bubbles and eventually damage the water pump over time, so he kindly adjusted and increased the pressure for us. In addition to the quick fixes, he provided valuable maintenance advice, explaining how often a gas water heater should be serviced. He also detailed why DIY maintenance is not recommended and why professional service is crucial for safety and longevity. The service was highly professional, efficient, and educational. I am very satisfied with their quality work and would highly recommend them!

CM Heating Review…read more We decided to go with CM Heating for several reasons. Their reviews online were very good. I talked to my neighbors to hear what their experience was and CM Heating name was brought up a couple times as a stand out company. The sales person Amber was very professional and gave us a ton of information. She was instantly responsive when I had questions. We got 3 bids for this job. I took all the information and used AI to compare the mountain of info to get its take in the bids. Cm Heating consistently had the edge over the others. The main reason was the warranty. If you are spending a fair amount of money, you need a good warranty. All said and done CM Heating was the winner Getting an install date was a breeze. All the detail work was handled by them. The office sent me the permits to print and post. Install Day I was notified of the time they would arrive and the guys were right on time Tim and Melvin sized up the job and jumped in at full speed. Melvin worked on the furnace Tim on the Heat Pump. These guys never stopped the entire time except when my wife brought them some home made chocolate chip cookies. I was very impressed with their performance. We had questions along the way and they provided answers immediately. Great trustworthy people. By the time they were done all the areas were spotless. Obviously I made the correct decision going with CM Heating and I would highly recommend them

When it stopped heating in Winter (thankfully, we have back-up propane), CM quoted us $3,200 for a thermal expansion valve (TXV) replacement. They explicitly said that while the parts were covered under warranty, the labor was not. We got a second opinion -- and while the part failed, the second company pointed out that we had a 10 year parts and labor warranty (he was easily able to get to this info, which means CM should have, too -- especially since they sold it to me). I've now called CM several times to inform them that they need to cover the repair, but I've been ghosted. I assume this is likely because they can charge a higher rate for labor on a customer-pay job than they can be paid by the warranty company and are hoping I'll go to another company, but I have no proof of that. As far as I'm concerned, they sold me the unit and the warranty -- and they can do the repair. Once the warranty is over? I'll never deal with CM again.

Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them to resolve the issue, but they're definitely ignoring the problem. This was months ago, and to date, I've not received the service we paid for, received a refund, or even received a reply about the issue.
