They added things that I was not aware of. I had to call my insurance and find out what they tried to put through. Yet didn't add the right information for the reason I need dental care . You can't get through to the office, when you finally do, they immediately but you on hold for 20 minutes or more. The girl that answers the phone is extremely dismissive, rude and never follows through on what she promises. She doesn't care about the patients that need immediate answers. She promised to call back and update me, same day, she never followed through, so I called back days later, only for her to dismiss me once again, She told me she was going discuss with the doctor, my concerns and she never did. Here are some updated pictures. The staff at Smile Creator are very friendly. They greet us all warmly and even have a small café at the front in case clients are thirsty. Plus, they give everyone a welcome bag. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk, Debora, gave us a quick tour, which was very kind. It made us all feel at home. The patient coordinator, Deborah, is here again. We arrived feeling tired, so they offered us some coffee, and the Thanksgiving tree is up. It makes us feel at home. I got my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist, Chelsea, handled my teeth with care. Also, every time I visit, they give me a little gift bag . My middle child was seen here today. It was a smooth check-up. All my family members are seen here. On 6/8/26, Dr. Kim was treating my son with the utmost care.

Then when discussing my treatment which was over 14k Gabby made it very uncomfortable when I said I had to speak with my wife. They have pure salesman tactics and the only way I got out was to higher power them. The next day I go in when they open at 10am to request my X-rays. I pay the $25 fee and was told they would be in my inbox by end of day. Lo and behold, I don't have them by midnight. I called earlier, no response, I emailed no response. The following morning I call and leave to get an update on my X-rays, no one answers. I leave a voicemail and still no response as I wrote this email, 4 hours after my last call. This place try's to make it seem like you are not in Perris which the glitz and glam, nickel and dime you then ignore you. They must hire sales people to recoup the money they spend on their client giveaway.

My son had a dentist appointment and…read morethe lady who did his xrays was very nice when dentist Kim walks in he told me his teeth were really bad he "probably" has 8 maybe 9 cavities I tried telling him my son has asthma and takes a lot of steroids which is known to cause tooth decay. He didn't listen instead proceeds to try and make me feel like a really bad mom for letting my son have cavities, he then takes a look at his teeth and tells him your a big boy stop acting that way my son was nervous because ofcourse any child would be... he then starts to pinch my son on his arm several times to let him know that's how its going to hurt so they can numb him. At this point I'm already upset but my son's teeth are bad so I'm trying to cooperate with them and tell my son to calm down it won't hurt him as he's getting ready to poke him to numb him he pinches my son again and instead of numbing his tooth he pokes his lip. The dentist then gets up angry telling us he won't be able to help us and to find another dentist and walks away. A police report has been filed and I have reported this to my son's insurance which is Cigna. I am so upset this dentist is so unprofessional and needs to be taken out of the dental field please avoid taking your children to this dentist and read all the other reviews I should have done that before.

My treatment for a crown turned into 5-6 appointments because the crown repeatedly came back from the lab without fitting properly. It was even permanently cemented once, only to be removed the same day because it didn't fit correctly. Every visit meant removing the temporary crown, numbing my extremely sensitive tooth, and starting over. After months of this, I lost confidence in the quality of care and chose to have the work completed elsewhere. When I later returned through the VA for a completely different issue, a receding gum, I was surprised by how I was treated. Instead of addressing the reason for my visit, the dentist became visibly upset that I had my crown work completed by another provider. She spoke to me in a way that felt more like I was being scolded than treated as a patient, because I went somewhere else. She refused to examine or treat the issue I came in for and told me she wouldn't touch my teeth because another dentist had completed the work. I also asked if she would communicate with the dentist who completed my treatment so they could compare records or discuss any concerns. She refused, and the front desk was no help in trying to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, it took nearly an hour just to complete my X-rays during that visit, and the images weren't very clear. I later had new X-rays taken by the dentist who completed my treatment, and they confirmed my teeth were fine. The only issue was the receding gum I originally came in to have evaluated. I also experienced problems when I needed emergency root canals. I was told I had to wait weeks for VA approval, but the VA dentists at Loma Linda later informed me that emergency treatment could have been provided first and billed to the VA afterward. That misinformation left me in unnecessary pain. I was always patient and respectful throughout my treatment. My experience with the office changed after I sought treatment from another dentist. When I returned for an unrelated issue, I felt I was treated differently because I had gone elsewhere to complete my dental work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office, especially to fellow veterans who rely on VA referrals.

I was told by one dentist I had a cavity in every tooth (I only had a few), another told me I needed 5 crowns and root canals (which I didnt), then ive received a filling so high I had to go back more than 5 times to keep getting it filed down, ive had the wrong side numbed, my lip sliced, and even the wrong tooth filled. Before the fillings and work was flawless, now whenever my teeth hurt I wonder if I should even bother going in because theres a chance ill come out worse....
