Tried calling numerous times to make an appointment, even left two messages and never got a return call back. Called again and spoke to a very rude, unprofessional receptionist with someone else in the background shouting loudly in their office, and it was impossible to get through this call. This office staff needs to have some serious customer service education, and etiquette when answering phones. It would also help to call your patients back when they leave you a message for an appointment. read more

Just had my first experience with RC and I can't even begin to describe the high level of commitment towards making you feel like you're a human being and not just a payday for the company. I had the pleasure of meeting Karina at the front desk who started me out by stopping what she was doing to welcome me to the establishment. I'm not used too being treated in that fashion as I am used to being told I'll be right with you and then standing around waiting. Kudos to Karina and the rest of the team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this place of business and can't wait for my next appointment. read more

I don't usually write reviews-especially not for dentists. If you told me a week ago I'd be voluntarily praising a root canal like it was a spa day, I would've laughed... nervously. And yet-here we are. This was, without exaggeration, the best root canal of my life. I know how that sounds. I hear it too. But I was so relaxed during the procedure I genuinely considered asking if they offered overnight stays. At one point I thought, "Is this what peace feels like?" I have three teenagers, so I don't throw that word around lightly. It wasn't Hawaii... but emotionally? It was at least a quiet Airbnb with no one calling my name. The care, the calm, the precision-10/10. Would trust them with my teeth, my sanity, and possibly my next vacation. read more

From the start of the phone call to check in and in the back for my exam with Martha (assistant) and Dr. Lim, let me tell you the entire staff is absolutely amazing, I work in the Dental Field and the compassion and kindness are top tier. I would highly recommended this office to any of my friends or familly. Thanks guys! Danielle read more

I was so nervous about the idea of getting a root canal, cause I am such a dental weenie! So it took me forever to finally go to the referral after my dentist told me to. Now I feel really foolish! This office is so professional and the staff does such a wonderful job of explaining everything that is going to happen and setting you up for comfort and success! I was worked on by Dr. Lim and she is amazingly gentle and thorough and professional. I didn't have nearly as much discomfort as I thought I would and already feel better! Hopefully I will never have to get another root canal, but if I do, I am 100% choosing this office and Dr. Lim! read more

Rude, Inconsiderate, and disrespectful. There are lots of other places to go to that know how to treat people. I had a referral to go to this office from my trusted dentist. The person that answered the phone was mean. Therefore, I went to another endodontist. read more

Unpleasant experience. Staff was combative and did not listen to my concerns. Dentist didn't even introduce themselves. Won't be back.

My experience was amazing! The entire team was so nice and explained everything from start to finish. I have medical, and I was happy to know that they accept it. I did have to come out of pocket for my CT scan (3D xray) it was so interesting seeing how they use it for my treatment (I needed a re-root canal-I think it's what it's called a retreatment) any way felt comfortable with the procedure, and felt no pain. Thank you RC Endodontics! read more

Very good nice and told me everything they going to do for my root canal. No pain. Staff very friendly and great help with my insurance.

Dr. Monica Jethwani took great care to ensure my comfort during a recent root canal. She clearly stated what was going on at each step of the process, so I knew what to expect. Root canals are never exactly FUN, but Dr. Jethwani was a total professional, and very gentle! I honestly didn't feel a thing...until I got home with a sore jaw (totally expected!) Definitely book your next root canal appointment with Dr. Jethwani 10/10!!! read more

I went to get a root canal done and needed 2 appointments. The first was just a consultation, during which they did charge a $250 for a special x-ray scan, but the rest was covered by dental-cal. The day of the actual root canal appointment I was very nervous and the doctor was very patient and helped me take deep breaths to keep me calm. (Just close your eyes, it helps.) He let me put AirPods in to listen to music also. The actual procedure was painless, the doctor applied numbing gel to the area so I barely even felt the needle for the full numbing effect. The root canal took about an hour and 15 minutes in total. I was pleasantly surprised that I had no pain after the numbing wore off either. Hopefully I won't need any more root canals but if I do, I'll be coming back here! read more

I came to this office after a referral to another office. This is, by far, one of the best experiences I have had in a dental facility. The quality of care is superior to any I have experienced. The staff was amazing. The doctor was so informative, offering me different treatment options, and explaining each treatment option thoroughly. He was very professional. I felt like the doctor was helping guide me to make the best decision for my oral health, unlike other facilities I have been to where you feel like they're just trying to get you in the chair for profit. I also want to mention, that from the outside, this office doesn't look like much, but once inside, this is one of the cleanest dentists office (or any facility for that matter) that I have ever seen. I will be back for any endodontics services I may need in the future! Thank you so much RC Endodontics! read more

This Endodontist is truly an amazing Dr and good human. He didn't redo a root canal that he knew wouldn't last and was honest with me when he could have lied and taken my money. He got me in quickly after I was upset about a mix up with my appointment and was just really kind which I appreciate because I've seen many unkind, dentist and doctors, and don't have a high opinion of most of them. I wish he did everything for feet so he could just be my Dentist but alas, I continue my search. Thank you so much for a great experience and I'll see you again when I need a root canal. read more

I had my first visit with them yesterday, they were both nice and professional. Before my appointment I called them various times because I kept forgetting to ask all my questions and each time they were so courteous, did not make me feel like I was bugging them at all. The clinic is very clean and their equipment looks very modern. My X-ray and CT scan were done quickly and comfortably. read more

I was told I need a 3D xray so that they can do the root canal. The insurance denied the procedure. I ask for a refund of the 3D xray because it was needed for the root canal. Thay said no refunds. Dr. Ali and his staff truly care about your health and well being of your teeth and will do anything in their reach to alleviate any hurtful tooth ache pain. I had a major infection on my tooth, which affected me to eat, drink cold/ hot, and sleep. I had received referral, from dentist to see Dr. Ali to examen my tooth. I then called Dr. Ali's office to book an appointment to be seen as soon as possible. The front office representative, by the name of Yesenia was empathic of my pain and managed to make an accommodation to add me onto Dr. Ali's schedule to be seen due a previous client having a last minute cancellation. I am filled with so much gratitude, I was able to been seen right away with short notice. I highly recommend, RC Endodontics for any dental procedure. I highly recommend this Endodontics office. I've had a bad experience with dental offices trying to do unnecessary treatment and over charge. The Dr. Is very informative and understanding to all my concerns and needs. Not once did I feel rushed or just a paycheck to them. The Dr highly recommended a CBCT because he said this tooth was questionable and may need extraction. Recently I went in for my 6 month follow up and the infection is healing . I'm glad I took the scan otherwise I would have been without a tooth. Thank you to all the staff and doctors ! I am extremely thankful ! read more

My dentist was skeptical about 3 of my teeth and thought maybe I would need root canals, but rather than taking my money, this endodontist was completely honest and said there was no decay in the root. I can't tell you how relieved and grateful I am for not having to go through an unnecessary procedure. Thank you! Also, they take Medi-cal and if your dentist gives you a referral to somewhere else, you can use it here no problem. read more

I was referred to RC to get my root canel fixed. At first I thought it was annoying knowing I would have to return to my referral dentist for the second part of the root canel. But i wish RC Endodontics can be my one stop dental needs. The office was clean and spotless. My only recommendation is they changed the site of the mouth rinsing. Those things should be stored elsewhere. My root canel was actually a revision of a poorly done root canel at my past dentist. I was restless all day and came in with a lot of nerves. Dr. Ali was chill AF and great in his field. I didn't feel a thing, even local anesthetic barely hurt. Compared to my last root canel, this was much better. At least from what I saw he treated the staff with respect (not the case with my other dentist). What made me write a review was their great bedside (chairside?) manners. I feel crappy for not remembering her name, but the assistant was the best! As a patient were really unsure what's going on and the assistant was able to verbalize every step with me. As a bedside nurse myself I can appreciate her skills and manners. I also forgot the names of the two lakes upfront. They were professional and funny. It helps make the office not so sterile like many medical offices. read more

Dr. Ali and staff are compassionate professionals. From first contact making my appointment and throughout my exam and procedure, my well-being and comfort were at the forefront. I traveled out of town for this appointment and would do it again without hesitation. read more

This company is now taking dental cal. But they are going to hit you with a mandatory scan that cost $250 and is not covered by dental cal you will get stuck paying this fee. They will submit it to dental cal but once it is denied you will be responsible to pay it. It is disappointing that a company would take advantage of low income families. I was told all this information over the phone by one of their representatives. I even asked questions to clarify that this is their standing and she told me, " we submit it to the insurance so the client can see the denial. Sad read more

Writing to acknowledge Dr. Rinku Parmar, DDS, MS, at RC Endodontics, 10165 Foothill Blvd, Ste 21. (909) 484-3000. Over the past six years my regular dentist, Dr. Dennis at Hospitality Dental on Haven, also a wonderful professional, has been slowly improving my old teeth with new crowns. Recently, I was referred to Dr. Parmar for a required Root Canal on one of my molars (#31) before Dr Dennis completed a crown. Make no mistake; Root Canals are not events which anyone looks forward to. But after 23 years of US Naval Service, and almost 20 yeas as a high school teacher, I've had plenty of dental work done. Still, I was a bit hesitant and somewhat concerned. However, my concerns became unfounded over the course of the operation. Dr. Parmar demonstrated exceptional care, compassion, and constant attention to my sense of discomfort, checking on me through her operations to see if I was ok, routinely asking if I had any pain or discomfort. In truth, throughout the entire operation I was fully at ease, and possibly even caught up on some rest. This frankly became a non-event, in terms of concern. There was no discomfort. If concerned about root canals, please do yourself a favor and request Dr Parmar. Her exceptional assistant, Erika, was likewise very kind, knowledgeable and has been there for 18 years. The office manager, Star, was equally gracious and professional. Though I never want another root canal, if one becomes required in the future, I would absolutely request Dr Rinku Parmar. Thank you, Dr. Parmar. I sincerely appreciate all the care you bestowed on me. read more
